It's impossible for elderly people who are not good at using smartphones. All the directions on smartphones are in English. There is no elevator, so it is difficult to go up with luggage up to 4 times. It is not on the town map, so the location is very difficult to find.

I received a guide (in Chinese and English) immediately after completing the reservation.
It included contact information for Line and whatsapp, so I was able to easily communicate with them after moving in, such as asking where the coin laundry was.
It's close to Tainan Station, so it's easily accessible, but on the other hand, it's far from tourist spots and the downtown area.
However, there's a bus stop and a bike rental station in front of the station, so it's convenient.
The room, which is decorated in white, is spacious and clean.
There isn't a large desk, but there are side desks on both sides of the bed, which are convenient.
The only problem is that the stairs are narrow, and although it was written in the guide, it was a bit difficult to carry large luggage.
I also found it a bit of a hassle to have to clear the door lock twice to get to the room.
