Reikei Hot Spring Resort

There is a mud hot spring in the room, but the sound insulation of the room needs to be improved. People passing by in the corridor can be heard very clearly. Although the building we live in has no stairs, fortunately it is only on the first floor. I can still carry the luggage by myself. The only drawback is that I don’t know if it is the check-in time. It was relatively late (8 o'clock to 9 o'clock), the lights in the lobby (lobby) of the branch building were all turned off, and the staff's attitude was average... There is a parking space at the door, which is very convenient. I am overall satisfied and the price-performance ratio is high!

The sound insulation is a bit poor, parking is convenient, the bathtub is very big, two people can take a bath without being crowded, the water output is large, the temperature is high, you can adjust it by adding cold water, the breakfast is self-service, the food is very basic, and you are full.

The hot spring experience is amazing!

There are not many hotel staff, and the service may not be comprehensive. The breakfast is basically the same on both days, and the sound insulation is poor. You can hear the sound of boiling water, running water and conversations in other rooms!

The shower water pressure is a bit insufficient. There are two beds in the same room, one of which has a soft mattress.

The hotel's public facilities and restaurant dining options are very good, and the service staff are also very friendly. However, there is one point that I feel needs improvement, that is, there is only one counter service person, which is obviously too few.

Located in the Guanziling hot spring area, the room is large, but the bed sheet set feels a bit old. The large toilet is not bad, and there is a mud hot spring in the room. Overall, there's nothing too amazing, just a night's sleep and some soup.

I encountered a problem when checking in, and the counter patiently helped me solve it. The other service staff were also very kind. The public pool was very comfortable. We came to check in during a non-holiday. The facilities in the double room are pretty good.
