Nice & clean. Room wall is a bit thin but no concern to me because I always sleep with ear plugs. Although surrounded by many entertaining establishments, the hotel runs truly decent business. A bit distant from the train station & food street but not too far, accessible via public bus.

My husband and I had a delightful one-night stay at Justwin Grand Hotel. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and the staff were welcoming. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortably appointed with modern decor and high-quality amenities. The hotel’s facilities, including the fitness center and reliable Wi-Fi, were excellent. Breakfast was a highlight, with a diverse buffet and attentive service. The location was convenient, close to attractions and dining options. Overall, the hotel offered a great experience, and I would consider staying here again for a longer visit.

This time I stayed because of family travel. Overall, the room was small and the bathroom was smaller. The sound insulation is not very good, and the air conditioner is not very comfortable to blow on the bedside. The bed is still good to sleep but the pillow is low and the quilt is thin. In addition, the parking lot is not enough. Although it can be parked in the underground parking lot of Hai'an Road, it is difficult to park at night, and it is not convenient to walk up and down a road.

The interior decoration is simple and elegant, the equipment is advanced, the sense of space is excellent, and it is spacious and comfortable. The location is close to historical sites such as Chihkan Tower/Tianhou Temple/Tiangong Temple, and is an ideal place to enjoy delicious food.

Room is a bit small. No place to hang clothes & towels, please improve. Bath room is small, thus not necessary to have bathtub, difficult for elderly or person who have difficulty to go into the bathtub for shower. Hair and body shampoo were in small packet, not sufficient during summer which require at least 2 times of shower. Hope to improve.

Just look at the name of the hotel as the name implies is a business travel, but its service is in place than some star hotels. The service staff is warm and friendly. It is very comfortable. The hotel breakfast is delicious. The dining environment is good. There is a vegetarian area. The room is large. The decoration is simple and textured. Also attached bathrobe is really a big plus! The hotel faces Tainan City Government. After dinner, I went to the City Government Square to see the fountain dance and take a walk. It is really suitable for a leisurely vacation. If you really want to raise the disadvantage, there is no charging socket at the bedside of the deluxe twin room. It should be a small regret of the old hotel design. For 3C heavy use. It's a bit inconvenient for households.. When the need is extended, the service staff said that they want to leave the respirator to use the other thing to pay special attention to is that my family is used to turning off the lights at night, so I turned off the total power supply. The night light under the bedside still kept the result. The general socket next to the TV cabinet was charged at 0%. My husband's mobile phone is plugged into the desk book ”heating special” plug and continues to charge because it is not placed on the bedside to charge before going to bed.
