幾天來在攜程定的房從沒要按金，泰湖酒要了200元按金，走時交完房卡時説按金微信交原路還回，也沒説用了什麼，少了什麼。我們交完卡半小時後才離開酒店。因為早上我們四個人吃完早餐後，有三人拉肚子，我還找到前台和他們説和酒店老闆和餐廳反映一下，注意一下食品安全。我們什麼要求也沒提。但到家後一看按金扣掉2元錢。也沒説明為什麼這還198元。 説實在話泰湖酒店硬件特別好，無論是價格環境，地點都是一流的。但是軟件上管理和服上還要加強。

出差來泰來，很驚喜！定了泰湖賓館酒店，房間衞生很乾凈，竟然有游泳館免費游泳，房間還提供酸奶，服務很熱情周到，酒店附近有個4A級公園，出差旅行，值得推薦！
