據説是泰來縣最好的酒店，大堂很大，房間中規中矩，但是煙味非常大。房間中紙巾都是收費的。早餐很一般，而且8點半準時收餐。有洗澡的會所，憑房卡免費，但是我們沒去體驗。酒店價格OK。門口的承接婚姻的幾輛勞斯萊斯很顯眼。

幾天來在攜程定的房從沒要按金，泰湖酒要了200元按金，走時交完房卡時説按金微信交原路還回，也沒説用了什麼，少了什麼。我們交完卡半小時後才離開酒店。因為早上我們四個人吃完早餐後，有三人拉肚子，我還找到前台和他們説和酒店老闆和餐廳反映一下，注意一下食品安全。我們什麼要求也沒提。但到家後一看按金扣掉2元錢。也沒説明為什麼這還198元。
説實在話泰湖酒店硬件特別好，無論是價格環境，地點都是一流的。但是軟件上管理和服上還要加強。
