前台就是個小孩子，衹顧打遊戲玩手機，身份證掉酒店裡了，老闆説不知道我的訊息，就讓證件放那裡不管了，可訂酒店的時候是姓名、手機號都寫上去了，身份證上就有名字怎麼查不出來
