酒店服務很好，前台不同時間值班的幾個工作人員説話都很有禮貌，而且很貼心，本來要訂標間的，訂錯單間了，去酒店了前台還給升級了有窗户的標間，在酒店我落下了東西，酒店工作人員專門致電告知並幫忙寄回,環境很棒，室內環境很有設計感，門面裝潢大方讓人喜歡，房間內也讓人感覺温馨，衞生也很乾凈，下次還會在次入住這家酒店。

台江縣是個比較小的縣城，在這樣的縣城有這樣一家維也納酒店很不錯了，這次選擇入住他們家維也納酒店的體驗非常滿意，前台及酒店的員工都很禮貌熱情，每一位都招呼問候，酒店地理位置環境都不錯，裝修設施軟硬件都很好，房間看着也很新，設施合理好用空調也舒適，一直就喜歡維也納的床品果然沒有失望，依然很好很貼心，床品乾淨潔白，有兩個枕頭可供選擇，蕎麥枕和柔然枕，這一點一直保持非常棒，早餐供應也比較豐富有地方特色風味，這次入住非常滿意很舒適，下次還會再來。

和朋友過來遊玩的，順便去看了一下當地的村BA，到酒店的時候詢問了前台當地的遊玩景點和去村BA的路線，前台工作人員很耐心的給我們講解，吃飯的地方也比較近，旁邊就有大型超市，定了無窗的房間，房間很寬敞，衞生各方面也是不錯滴啦，總之對酒店員工服務上和衞生上點個贊

酒店人員服務很熱情呀，過來這邊出差的，之前在其他酒店住，覺得不是很滿意，所以選擇了維也納酒店，入住期間工作人員還熱情的幫忙叫了車，房間也是很乾凈，看着很新，早上起來吃早餐，酒店的肉末粉聽説是當地的特色小吃，味道真的不錯

店間乾淨整潔，設施齊備，離台江姊妹廣場很近，酒店旁邊有一個很大的超市購物很方便，酒店早餐的米粉很軟和可口；台江的渣辣子牛肉火鍋很好吃，特別是渣辣子火鍋湯泡飯吃是一大特色。
