來太湖縣遊玩，選擇了花亭湖世紀緣國際酒店，周邊出行有公交站，但是本地人還是以電動車為主，所以如果不是自駕遊，可以掃一輛路邊的共享電單車遊玩，酒店周邊就有停放點，晚上騎了一輛去五千年文博園夜遊也很近。整體入住很滿意。

以前這是太湖最好的酒店之一，這次去卻發現已經沒落至此，真是可惜。幾點不足羅列一下:
1.停車場很大，免費，但是停放隨意，也沒有人指揮，沒有保安，沒有門僮，大門口的地磚都壓壞了也不修補。雖然免費，但是是酒店的門面。
2.前台的能力太差，和一個招待所服務員差不多，談不上什麼形象，服務也很隨意。有事打電話給前台，沒有客氣用語，話還沒説完她先把電話掛了，這樣的前台和這個酒店檔次完全不匹配。
3.設施破損嚴重，沒有及時修復。大堂的沙發老舊，茶几油漆剝落。房間的傢俱到處是使用多年沒有維護修復的痕跡，桌子櫃子油漆掉了很多，有櫃子門關不上。空調壓根兒不制暖，吹一晚上也沒有熱風。衞生間排風扇壓根兒不轉。窗子玻璃上全是灰塵，多年沒有清洗的樣子。電梯的地板磚也都是裂痕好。好在還算乾淨。
4.早飯和以前比起來差的不是一點點，服務人員素質就更不能説。吃早飯時剛好遇到他們之間因為工作沒有協調好，就在餐廳發牢騷，聲音特別大，完全無所顧忌。
住了好多次，和前些年相比落差太大，這麼好的一個酒店，如今卻成這個樣子，讓人惋惜。看回復説在裝修改造，希望能夠升級好，恢復成一個高檔的酒店。

房間裏竟然出現了蟑螂，而且很大一衹，可能還有小的，可能是角角落落沒有打掃乾淨。
