The place is comfortable, but needs a look, modern decorations, changing the dark wall colors, attention and changing the furniture a little, the reception staff are friendly, and the service is acceptable. The price of the hotel is a little more than usual, but the location of the hotel is next to an excellent shopping mall.

The staff were all friendly and the facilities were all good. The only thing I was disappointed about was that the water pressure was a bit weak. The food wasn't bad either. Overall, it was good^^

This is a lovely hotel in Taif, very close to the main road where there are food options, but the rooms are quiet. The beds are super comfortable with more pillows of various sizes than I have ever had in a hotel! The breakfast is very good - although it would have been nice if the juice had been fresh.... The most significant problem of the hotel is that we did not have water. I thought that this might be that the city water was out, but our friends on the floors below us had water. So, it could be that the higher your floor, the less likely you are to have water. As we are flexible travelers, I would still say that this was a very good hotel for one night. However, if you are going to be spend more than one night here, I would recommend requesting a room on the first or second floor.
