The room is very comfortable and the view of city is excellent. The location is excellent with a lot of shopping locations around. The breakfast is good with a lot of choices. The corridor carpet is smelly (strong smell of drainage pipe problem).

The location of the hotel is good. We didn't drive. We mainly rely on buses to get in and out. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the bus station. The bus service in Taichung is not very frequent, so you have to wait. There are several restaurants around the hotel. The accommodation experience was good, the hotel was clean and hygienic, and the breakfast had rich food choices. Coffee and fruity water are available in the lobby, which is a plus in summer. There is a free self-service laundry room and gym on the ground floor of the hotel.

However, hotel is a little bit old and old style if you don’t mind, you can hear the air con, pipes or the sound of the next room at night, so if you are “lucky” to get one of these rooms, try to ask for another one. We are visiting Alishan, Sun-moon lake so make a stop at Taichung and we find this is a nice hotel and nice room and facilities are well equipt , we like hotel breadfast at the cafe which supply a bit variety of Asian food + American food too. It's a pity we only for a night , next trip I will plan to come back here for few days stay to explore Taitung.

Room size is good enough for 3 adults. Service staff are friendly. Walk distance to Fengjia Night Market. But do take note, there is no way to get breakfast within walking distance except 7-11. Other than that, Place is very clean. Overall, happy with the stay.
