Great for family trip. The service of room was satisfying and quite fast. As soon as we enter our room in third floor, we noticed the size of slippers provided was too large. To our surprise, they took care of the problem almost immediately. I will give the service five star. As for the swimming pool, the quality of water is also good enough for children in 6-12 age group. BTW, thanks for the swimming pool service people. They gave us medication for mosquito biting in emergency. Surely recommended for family trip destination.

Overall services were good, from concierge, to check in and check out. The room that was allocated to us was spacious however they could have done better to do regular maintenance on their TV channels and systems. Some channels showed black screen with audio whereas some with visuals but no audio. Called up for service and they got a technician over to check yet no outcome and they decided to brush me off by blaming it on system updates backend. Tried over the next few days and still didn't work, and gave up eventually. Not returning to this hotel for my next trip to Taichung.

The location is not far from the downtown area of Taichung. The service is quite good, but its hygiene. The taste of the whole room is quite strange. The taste cannot be said. The facilities should be considered okay. After all, I didn’t bring a swimsuit, so the public pool didn’t go to soak. It’s just a hot spring in the house. The natural water flowing out when brushing your teeth is a little dirty (small particles and small stones). I don’t know if the stream is not a stream. The overall price is acceptable. The smell of the room can put some fragrance and essential oils.

Location is great! Theres a taxi stop/line right in front of the hotel. There’s so many things to do and explore around the hotel, the kids love it. We enjoy the breakfast buffet too! We would like to stay there again next time!
