We are visiting Alishan, Sun-moon lake so make a stop at Taichung and we find this is a nice hotel and nice room and facilities are well equipt , we like hotel breadfast at the cafe which supply a bit variety of Asian food + American food too. It's a pity we only for a night , next trip I will plan to come back here for few days stay to explore Taitung.

Would like to highlight an issue we encountered with regards to our deposit and certain charges that were made to us but which we had not incurred. When we were checking out, we asked to have a look at our statement of charges as we understood that any additional charges would be offset by the deposit placed with the hotel. We had dinner at ”The Prime -Grill and Lounge” on one of the nights and just wanted to check if the charges were right. The statement showed 3 separate bills that were not incurred by us and were all purchases of alcohol, which we found strange. When we brought this up with the front desk, the staff did not seem surprised at all with the error or sought to verify the same anywhere nor were we given any apology for the mistake. It was as though she already knew that those 3 charges were unanauthorised transactions and said that the hotel would rectify the issue with the bank in respect of our deposit. The front desk was also very adamant to not let us speak to her manager about the issue. We just wanted to highlight the above because we would usually just trust the hotel to refund the right amount of deposit without checking, especially when using credit card to pay the same. But it may be worth checking when it comes to this hotel as based on the reaction which we got from the front desk, it seems that such mistakes whether intentional or not have happened before. We also hope that the hotel would do some sort of investigation into how issues like this could happen.

The four-bed room I originally booked was quite dilapidated, and there were some problems. Our family was not very satisfied with it, which greatly affected my travel mood. The hotel was originally available for check-in at 4:00 pm. When I checked in at 4:50, the front desk told me that the hotel had not been cleaned yet and that I had to wait for 10-15 minutes. After complaining to the supervisor, he immediately assisted in upgrading to other suites and provided souvenirs as compensation. The hotel is a bit old, and the facilities and electrical appliances are a bit old. Breakfast is NTD 680 at your own expense, but the CP value is not as good as expected. The dishes are generally limited. However, thank you to the supervisor for his immediate assistance. Otherwise, this stay was a bit lacking.

It was right before the long holiday weekend when I checked in, staff was very friendly, but quite persistent about no late check out. Room is clean and comfortable. When I requested iron and board, they gave me a baby-sized board which is very funny. Had breakfast in the morning, limited eggs, and I guess it’s the same everywhere else, as eggs are in serious shortage I heard. Overall impression is still quite good, will probably come again.

One of my favourite hotel!! Breakfast is very nice with a lot of options to choose. Love that there is TV in the toilet. The room is spacious for 4 adults. The downside is that the hotel is in the middle of the road. So it is a bit hard to cross the road if there is a lot of car driving pass.

Was given a bigger room but it has a funky smell. Requested to change a room but they denied until I had to give them a 2nd call right after they hang up. They asked someone to come over to check and upon acknowledging the weird smell in the toilet, they say just let the smell go away on it's own with freshener. I had to reject the housekeeper TWICE before they let me change another room which is much better. No smell and cleaner. They should've given this room from the start. Service is terrible but the location is just beside Fengjia Night Market which is a plus point. There is a bus stop just below the hotel that goes to Ruyi to get some snacks shopping done. Breakfast quality is bad but sufficient. No high expectation on the breakfast.

The hotel is small and ingenious. It has everything it should have. Just like the name of the hotel, the price is affordable and clean. The parking lot is inconvenient because it is mechanical and needs to be lifted to the basement. I booked a double room but provided 2 double beds. There is a sign on the double bed saying that it cannot be used because it is booked as a double room. If you use it, you will be charged. Although this is true, it is not very good that part of the space in the booked room cannot be used!

Was thinking at this price level i need to lower my expectations, but the location (right smack in the fengjia night market), cleanliness and service levels were impeccable. The service rendered by the hotel is superb! Especially the front desk staff, friendly and always ready to help. The toilet water pressure is good, toilet is clean. The only downside is the aging smell from the carpet. I believe the hotel has not actively steam cleaning the carpet regularly, thus resulting in the strong smell from the carpet. I assume all other rooms’ carpet should be smelling the same as ours as this require steam cleaning to remove the odour. Other than this, everything is near perfect!

The location is great! It's very close to Chao Ma Transfer Station, very close to the car rental shop, and most importantly, very close to Fengjia Night Market! There are also FamilyMart and 7-11 nearby, as well as a breakfast shop! It's very quiet at night and there are birds chirping in the morning. You can enjoy a peaceful and peaceful time! The only thing I was a little more careful about was that when I checked in, the room had just been tidied up, but there was a smell in the room.
