Find the Best Romantic Hotels Taichung

After trying several hotels, now I always stay in Lin whenever I am in Taichung. Centrally located and best hotel. Room size is too big and breakfast buffet spread is also very vast

The mid-sized hotel is located just outside the Feng Jia Night Market street so there are ample eating places. The counter staff was very helpful in explaining to us the general policy, breakfast arrangement etc. Facility wise, being a younger brother of the Holiday Inn chain, it is of course not as fully equipped. On the whole I would encourage others to consider this hotel when in Taichung.

Hotel is located at a great location, nice facilities and good cleanliness in my room. My only feedback is that for people who drive, please be aware. The carpark entrance is at the back entrance of the hotel where the convenience stall is located. This hotel uses an Over Car Bonnet Storage system. We were greeted unpleasantly by the carpark assistant (an old man), not only were we not allowed to unload our luggage before parking, he didn't even bother assisting us with our carriage. To make matters worst, we saw him help another guest on arrival that was behind us at that time, to unload their luggage and give them guidance in parking. On my last day, i was awoken by the hotel staff through the hotel phone. They told me that my car was not parked properly and they could not activate the lever system for the carpark. Yes i would apologize if i have parked off by 2cm outwards, but I was woken up rudely in the morning after a long tiring night before with no apologies whatsoever. A note to future hotel guest, if you intend to have your car parked in the hotel, please be mindful the space is not very SUV friendly.

I went there a few times, but this time I was not very satisfied. The cleanliness needs to be improved. Disgusting things came out of the bathtub. The shuttle bus told me that the reservation was full, but I didn't see any shuttle bus at all.

Positives: - Huge room with separate living room and bedroom (2 TVs too) - balcony for fresh air - bose Bluetooth speaker - tv comes with pre loaded apps like YouTube - toilet has separate shower and tub - 7/11 next to hotel - Zhongxiao night market just one street away - breakfast decent variety - Excellent service - complimentary coffee and tea in lobby Negatives: - bed kind of hard - sound insulation not the best (can hear outside traffic) - tub is a tad short - living room area is kind of dark even with all the lights on - ceiling is a little low - no conditioner or body lotion provided - only two lifts and quite small so sometimes the wait for the lifts can take a while

Location - I’m not sure if we just missed out on what’s nearby. But we did walk on the sides, we were searching around of what’s there to see. We didn’t see much, like we realized after walking for a few minutes that we just found the convenient store which is kinda far if that was the nearest available (or again, there could be one the other side we don’t know haha). So after walking around, and realizing there’s nothing much to see. We already booked an Uber going to the night market. It wasn’t that far from the HSR Station. I couldn’t remember the exact distance and travel time. But if I find it far I’d normally remember it and say it. Service - it was an easy check-in and check-out. Though, I almost forgot to get a receipt. Had to proactively ask for one. Luckily we decided to stay for a bit after checking out, we remembered it and got to request for it. I like how they already asked upon checking in if we need a room cleaning service. That was convenient. The breakfast was so so (on my personal taste bud). Don’t get me wrong, it wasn’t that bad. I love the room the most! We were happy about how spacious it is. And it has an AI box which we loved. The bathtub has a tv, the shower area was spacious, the ambience of the room, hallways and lobby. The free snacks. The brand of the body wash and conditioner. The free Nescafe machine in the lobby. I’d definitely recommend it and I’d stay here again. (Though I still have a pending concern that I have to figure out myself, cause the amount showing in the invoice was different from the amount showing on tha app. Haven’t checked how much was the final amount taken out on my card) The late check out costs Ntd$1,000/hour

The hotel facilities are very new, the rooms are very comfortable, and the outdoor swimming pool on the top floor is well worth a visit. The location of the hotel is far away from the station and the city, making transportation inconvenient.

Had a splendid stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and provided a thorough explanation of our room. The nearby area is beautiful, making it a perfect location for a getaway. Our room featured an in-room hot spring, which was a fantastic addition, especially in such cold weather. The food offered a wide variety of options; however, it could be improved to enhance the overall dining experience. Overall, I highly recommend this place, but I advise booking your transportation or the shuttle service in advance for a smoother experience.

Difficult to find at night. There's no signage outside that says ”Mulan” and there is no front door or desk. Instead, you walk up a driveway to find the office which resembles a guard shack. You must also let them know every time you return so that they can open the garage door to your unit, allowing you access to your room door. The room was very impressive. Huge and very luxurious. It's a lot space to clean, so I was not surprised that it wasn't spotless, but it was fine. The fish (minnow) pond was very tiny and barely noticeable in the corner of the bathroom. Lights cannot be controlled individually, instead there are set ”scenes” that you must toggle through. Some features in the room were simply not functional (i.e. the Music controls on the bedside table and some of the jacuzzi controls. The breakfast was a mixture of Mcdonald's-type food and traditional ********* breakfast. During my stay, the smoke alarm in the garage was low on battery and chirped all night. I told the staff the next day and instead of replacing the battery they simply removed it, however I could still hear chirping smoke alarms in other adjacent units. Overall it is a great value for the price, despite the few inconveniences.

Booked a room again. There is a twin-bed room, which is just right for two people to stay on business. The price is also reasonable. There is a delicious buffet breakfast and late night snacks. There are also open rooms for business negotiations and there are plenty of parking spaces. It is very suitable for business people and meet-ups. A shopping trip in shopping district A.
