Hotels near Methodist Church in Taichung

Building is still new & well maintain. Good location: close to train station (Taichung Train Station. Pls note: This is a local train station, you can need to take this train about 3 stops, in order to reach to Taichung Highspeed Rail Station), This hotel also close to shopping malls (Taroko mall, Lala port mall), a lot of eating place around the area. I have got my room upgraded (Thank you). Staying for 2 nights. Travel to other places like Taichung night market & Mitsukoshi shopping mall will need to take bus. It's worth it to go these places, just use google map. Good facilities: Hotel provide laundry machine and dryer, which is really useful to wash my clothes after few days travel from other cities. Hotel provide free coffee/hot chocolate drink, especially while waiting at lobby / do the laundry. Hotel provide also a good basic breakfast. Overall good experience and will stay again at this hotel if ever come to Taichung next time.

The environment is tidy and clean, and the sound insulation effect is not as noisy as others describe, but I made a note to be quiet when I booked the room, and the breakfast is also considered rich. For this price, the CP value is good

one of the equip in gymroom is broken, the lobby is big enough for you to repose and balderdash with others(herd of people at the lobby waiting for check-in). Location is the best where is at the building of ASEAN square, 2-side of elevators can be used and ASEAN supermarkets can provide you everthing you wanted. Furthermore, you can find scooter-rental, family mart and 7/11 nearby and the Miyahara Eye Hospital(selling ice-cream and dessert). No sense of dejection you will feel since they refund you tripcoins and of course no charge on my 2nd accomodation here which ended up being cancelled. The trip.com CS replied me in a blink of light and offers me everything which have me no chance to reproach haha.

The service staff are warm and courteous. The room is spacious and comfortable with a street view. There is a bathtub (quite big and deep) where you can take a bath to relax your body and mind😄😁. Comes with a complimentary breakfast👍👍. There are many items to choose from, and you are very full. 2 highlights of breakfast~Beef soup & ice cream💥💯 ●●Will visit again~

The location is opposite Chaoma Station and near the Lin Hotel. Breakfast is included in the morning. It is a hotel with a high CP value nearby. I originally thought it was a business hotel when I looked on the Internet, but when I arrived, I found out it was a motel. However, because I did not book the smallest room. If so, the business room should feel more like a business hotel. The slightly larger one is actually a motel with a garage downstairs. The room is clean and comfortable, but the air conditioner is a bit too strong, and adjusting the temperature has no effect.

Overall it's clean. Breakfast is not very good. The air conditioner is too cold🤣🤣🤣 It is recommended to provide plastic bags for changing clothes. I will stay here again if I have the chance.

▶️ 230812 ~ 230814 (2 nights) ▶️ Sufair Double Room (Hot Water Bathtub) ▶️ Discounted Cost: 269637 One ▶️ Personal evaluation - Over the whole building: Very spacious - Taxi use in Taichung - The size of the bathroom is the size of two other Hoteru combined. - Wi-Fi in the room I used: Not well burst, using cellular data - The smell of sewers comes up, and there's water in the glass floor holes. - Cool if you turn on the air conditioner. - One room in one building: It was hard to carry the carrier upstairs - Breakfast: KFC or other delivery food choices (delivered to the first floor garage shelf before 9 o'clock) - The view outside is a motel, so it's hard to expect - Great service to feel personally - Nearby restaurant lively: Cheap and delicious (local people babble babble) - All rooms non-smoking: The rooms are on the second floor and on the first floor, but you can smoke in the garage. - Massage chair, table. - It's a motel, so the lights are very dark. - Please pay attention to check-in at 10:00 pm (22:00): I wondered if I would check in early, but it was impossible and I could store my luggage for a while. - It was expensive because it was a weekend, but I think I'll go again if it's cheap on weekdays.

Generally I like the environment. It’s not very close to public transportation spots, but definitely a clean and quiet place to stay. The facility is intact, you can find anything you want at the hotel. The view from our room (8/F) is very nice. The price is low-budget friendly, I definitely recommend if you are looking for a nice and budget friendly hotel, or if you are just gonna stay for a few nights. The location is inside a community, you can find a lot of good food around the hotel. Taiwan is famous for their breakfast shops, you can find nice breakfast around the hotel. There’s also a famous market called “第二市場”, “The Second Market” bear the hotel. I went there with my friends to try their minced pork rice and other soups. The photos are the food from the second market, it’s just 5mins walk from the hotel! Hopefully this review can help you with your travel :)

The location is not bad! The locomotive is very good for parking! There are snacks nearby, there are supermarkets, there are all-connected! It is also quite close to the station and Yizhong Street! The bed in the room was very good to sleep, although the breakfast was not very rich, but there were some! Overall, the CP value is very high!

It felt good to be able to go on this trip only by grabbing a room type on the same day. And it’s really not far from Fengjia Night Market👍👍 It was only when I arrived that I realized it wasn’t a garage room, which was a bit disappointing. Simply go through an outer door and then the door into the room I don’t like this feeling very much. I feel like there’s not enough privacy. You can open it casually inside. Although I know there's no way outside But this doesn’t feel safe enough🤔 And next door happens to be the tool room that the cleaning lady is using. The sound insulation in this part is a little bit poor. I can hear them sorting things out and chatting. But it won't be very late, and the sound won't be too loud. Barely acceptable👍 Called the counter to ask about various parts. He was very proactive and acted quickly. Basically, I feel pretty good about this trip. I stayed in a room that felt good👍👍 And it’s really great that it’s not expensive I had so much fun that I didn’t take any photos.
