Stayed for two nights and everything was fine. The environment was clean and everything was ready.
There is also free coffee and biscuits in the lobby, but I don’t know if the cups have not been refilled or if they are hidden too deep, so it is a pity that I did not experience them.
The parking lot is a mechanical parking lot, divided into two floors: B1 and B2. It is suitable for cars and small vehicles. There is no charge and a first-come-first-served system is adopted.
It is located on Wuyi Street, which is a relatively small street. If you happen to encounter a car coming out when parking, it is recommended to go around and come back to park, otherwise the road is too small and it will easily affect the traffic.

Location is very very good, but bed and pillows are the worst ever! I could not sleep because the mattress springs were literally in my back, pillow very bad. Also, the check in until really really late, this means, for example, that in the dorm I was, at midnight we were 3, and at 4 AM we were 7! 4 people arrived during the night and even if they've been very respectful, still 4 people make some noise. Bed curtains need to be changed, I had the chill from the a/c direct on me. Receptionists are very very helpful, kind and speak a good English!

This is our 3rd visit to this hotel due to its proximity to Fengjia Night Market. Room is clean, but maintenance of the room can be improved. Room aircon temperature cannot be adjusted. Window view is disappointing as you can only see the wall of the other building.
Hotel staff are polite and their service is pretty SOP.
Breakfast selection is decent and food quality is pretty good.

Great hotel, great price, great service, great location. A few minutes walk from Taichung Station (not to be confused with the high speed railway station) and directly in front of one of the main intercity bus stops (ticket office next door) so easy to take bus to Taipei. Also intracity buses depart from here, so easy to get almost anywhere. Staff are friendly, and the hotel is spotless. Convenience store and beef noodle soup next door too. There are several other hotel options nearby for similar prices, but overall this one ticks all the boxes.

This hotel only has 1 iron.. and you need to put 500twd as deposit to borrow from the front desk... Eventually I have no chance,coz 1 customer has it and I am wondering why they don't know who borrows the iron if they put a deposit and they don't know the room.

The hotel itself is very old and some parts definitely need to be refurbished and refurnished. I had issues with the door lock, the staff was exceptionally friendly and helped me fix my issue. The hotel has all necessities I needed as a solo traveler, but you definitely won’t get any luxury here. For short stays and budget, this hotel may be good, because of its incredible location in the city. In just a few minutes you are at the train station. Next to the hotel are 2 convenience stores.
The hotel scores in its really friendly staff and its strategic location.
However the building and the room is very old, the bed takes time getting used to and definitely needs an overall upgrade!

The air conditioning is quiet, the quilts and covers are clean, the view is excellent, and the price is ridiculously cheap.
The location is next to Fengyuan Transfer Station. It is also good to rent a car and take the train for a short trip nearby.
There are many gourmet restaurants nearby, and it is about ten minutes' walk from Miaodong Night Market, which is very good.

GGuest UserWould like to highlight an issue we encountered with regards to our deposit and certain charges that were made to us but which we had not incurred.
When we were checking out, we asked to have a look at our statement of charges as we understood that any additional charges would be offset by the deposit placed with the hotel. We had dinner at ”The Prime -Grill and Lounge” on one of the nights and just wanted to check if the charges were right. The statement showed 3 separate bills that were not incurred by us and were all purchases of alcohol, which we found strange.
When we brought this up with the front desk, the staff did not seem surprised at all with the error or sought to verify the same anywhere nor were we given any apology for the mistake. It was as though she already knew that those 3 charges were unanauthorised transactions and said that the hotel would rectify the issue with the bank in respect of our deposit. The front desk was also very adamant to not let us speak to her manager about the issue.
We just wanted to highlight the above because we would usually just trust the hotel to refund the right amount of deposit without checking, especially when using credit card to pay the same. But it may be worth checking when it comes to this hotel as based on the reaction which we got from the front desk, it seems that such mistakes whether intentional or not have happened before. We also hope that the hotel would do some sort of investigation into how issues like this could happen.

ZzaddyThe Lin is located right next to a nice park and there are many restaurants across the street. There is also a mall right behind it for other food options. The breakfast buffet was delicious. There were many different types of cuisines to pick from and the food tasted great.

GGuest UserThe staff were friendly and check-in experience was good. I left my luggage a day before my stay and they safe keep for me in their office. I booked a double room and room size was big enough and cosy. No bottles of drink water in room but can get warm/cold water from dispense at common area. Breakfast, don't expect to get many varieties, but enough to fill your stomach. Although it said bf starts at 7am, when I was there at that time, staff still preparing. Location is just a short walk to fourth credit union, also 10mins to train station.

MMazinoI happened to stay in the smallest room in the hotel. Although it felt a bit like a separate space at the end, it was overall clean and tidy.
The service attitude at the counter deserves a five-star rating
The only fly in the oin**ent is that I don’t know if the partitions are not soundproofed. The sound in the corridor is acceptable, but the speech next door can be heard very clearly. You will always hear the speech next door when you sleep😅

GGuest User今天剛好是父親節前夕，特地南下台中陪岳父大人吃飯，我們特地選在福華饗宴。吃完后依照女王大人的指示前往一中街把她的二手包賣掉，再買幾件新衫補充囉！晚上再回到逢甲去逛街吃晚餐喔！ 終於在晚間9點初抵達我們注意很久的芭蕾經典旅館，它雖然地址在向上路，但其實要從文心南五路轉進入口囉！ 今晚有摸獎活動，我摸到一顆黃球，可以回饋住宿費600元。我們住的是芭蕾君心的等級，也算是小小嘗試看看囉！ 我們的房間剛好位在最邊間，浴室我覺得有變大的感覺ㄟ！我很喜歡白色系列的造型，加上65吋超大電視，讓我們看起電影很爽快喔！房間還算是相當簡約，該有的都有啦！由衷希望可以有一碗牛肉湯麵泡麵啦！ 今天走了很多路，因此我也享受它的按摩浴缸，還算很舒服喔！晚上看了兩部電影也值回票價，再加上隔天早上又看了一部忍者龜。 早上我跟老婆的早餐剛好一中一西，中式是稀飯配小菜，西式的則是雞腿排漢堡，再配上兩杯柳橙汁，就完成早上的美味時刻啦！ 接着就是瘋狂拍照，為女王跟小女王留下一堆的美美照，結束這一段南下台中快樂行啦！

CCheong kwokyongIt is a good hotel with good service. Walking distance to yi zhong street but it is a 15 mins walk. Near to train and bus station but the hotel is not in the central area of taichung. Across the hotel is Taichung Park. Room wise is good enough with basic items. Additional item can be collected from the reception at level 1

TTA-WEIRoom is as pictured. I like that there’s a door code versus needing to carry a keycard. The top floor can also be used as a workspace with provided coffee machine, tea, and snacks after 5. Location is walkable from the train station and it’s located on the same block as the intercity bus station. Air conditioning works, but needs a cleaning as it gives off a smell if left on too long.

Light sleeper might need to take note that ambulance will pass by at night, and hotel's soundproofing is not good. Can easily hear next door talking and moving around next door.
For prospective guests taking public transport, good thing is that the busstop is right outside the hotel, along the stretch. Yellow marking on the road is the bus stopping zone. Just waved at the bus and they will stop for you.
Location wise i'm pretty sure it's one of the best. just 3 stops to Taichung Railway Station.
Breakfast is disappointing with bland food. We stayed for 4 nights and took only one breakfast.
One best thing to note is that the hotel lobby have 2 sets of dryer (NT$30) and washer (NT$20) for 60 mins respectively. Second best thing to note is the hotel provide water dispenser! Instead of the usual kettle to boil, there are instant hot/warm/cold water! Definitely a bonus.
