There was no service. No physical check in. Not easy to find a human to talk to

1.No instruction to do self-check in, no booking numbers at all. 2.Room very old and smelly. 3.Soundproof very bad. 4.Checkout time is 11am.

Room is super basic. 3 hangers for 2 family suite. Located on the highest floor. Near the exit door - and creepy feeling when returned to hotel at night - exit is Near lift lobby and will sure need to walk by (lights are turned off). Bathroom is rather small (family suite). The plus points - amenities are DIY on level 1. Can top up ourselves without having to wait for Housekeeping. Location is 7 mins walk to Fengjia night market. Near to eateries and bakery. Our 1st trip to Taichung. Would imagine hotel rates in Taichung would be more affordable than Taipei. Turned out its more expensive than Taipei Ximending area.

Close to Fengjia night market and many eateries ard. Self Check in available but wifi not very strong. Housekeeping didn’t come daily.

Good location, good price

The price for staying on weekends and holidays is pretty good. Although you have to jump to the special parking lot outside, the hotel will provide you with a discount on the parking fee when you check out the next day. It's not far from Fengjia Night Market, but the soundproofing is really not good. I heard the irregular screams of a female compatriot at around two o'clock in the morning, which scared my baby awake.

All basic facilities are available. It is suitable for short-term stays of 3 to 5 days. If you open the curtains indoors, there will be enough light. It is more suitable to sleep with a light on at night. The location is acceptable. You can reach nearby hotels within 20 minutes on foot. Shopping malls and night markets still have shortcomings

The self-service check-in is very convenient, but the smell of smoke in the room is too strong, there is a bloody bandage next to the phone, and the sound insulation is poor. You can hear the sound of cars coming and going all night

After seeing this review, you may consider looking elsewhere! ! ! Reason 1: The sound insulation is so poor, it feels like you are sleeping on the road, and the refrigerator keeps beeping in the middle of the night. Reason 2: Poor hygiene and mold growing in the bathroom. Reason 3. Fully self-service. There was no one in the entire lobby. We were the only ones staying in one room. There was a colleague at the front desk and we didn’t even make eye contact because there was a self-service check-in machine.

The location is very good! Transportation is also very convenient! Worth recommending to everyone!

Overall clean and tidy I was surprised that the refrigerator is double-layered. It’s just that parking is troublesome But it can still be discounted!

Paid NTD 2074 for one night and felt pretty bad. The first is to use the self-service check-in machine when checking in. I called the service staff in the lobby, and the service staff immediately responded, "Hey, someone must be smoking again...", although we were asked to change rooms afterwards , but shouldn't the first reaction of the service staff be to apologize? Clearly there is a lack of staff education and training. After staying in the new room, I found that the water volume in the shower room was extremely small, even smaller than when I was a soldier in Chenggongling... There were mold marks on the bathroom door, and old white scale on the walls. I didn’t take it seriously at all. clean. The cabinets under the sink have been peeled and have not been replaced. In short, I have stayed in very large and good hotels in downtown Taipei and Kaohsiung for NT$2,000. This hotel can only give a bad review of one star!
