Room is large and clean, toilet is new but little small, bed was ok comfortable . Staff is nice

The Air-con is making loud noises that we couldn’t even get sleep. When we report to the staff at the midnight at 2am, and he even want us to pack our all stuff and go down to lobby to get a new room key to change room… I mean we’re already tired af and he want us to pack all it at 2 am and go down the lobby just to take room key…. Seriously? He just ruin my sleep tho 😩

這家CP值非常的高！沒有想到花少少的錢也可以在台中市區入住到這麼棒的旅宿，1F公共區域非常寬闊還有小餅乾可以食用！房間冷氣也有在我們入住前先預冷，非常的貼心。
入住時也會有一盒水果可以食用。
櫃檯的服務員也非常熱情，服務很好👍下次去一定會在入住這家旅宿！
有開車的也不用擔心，這家地下室停車位很大！而且入住訂購含停車位的價位也不貴！

飯店入住時告知提供免費啤酒，很開心，但少了未告知續住時是否也有？
另，床單上有前人遺留下的血跡，卻仍使用。
請飯店換備品時，卻未足數提供，且未整理房間，洗手檯的水管也不通暢，即使是凌晨才梳洗，水溫仍不穩定，飯店隔音也不太好。

房間不錯，大小很足夠，可以架空行李的位置不多，亦沒有衣櫃，原來有窗戶的房只是對着走廊位置（並不是對街外，因此基於私隱問題，不會打開了）樓下有爆谷提供及迎賓酒，性價比不錯。

地理位置以台中來說很好了，5-10分鐘步行距離內有很多公車站，15分鐘左右就到台中火車站，去哪都方便，最重要的是，酒店的位置在台灣大道附近，有很多有名伴手禮的商店!!
房間整潔度跟設施也很好，入住還送現切果盤和迎賓酒 (雖然我沒喝就是了)。

何度か台中を訪れていますが、trip.comで前払いしていたのに、予約がないと言われたことは初めてでした。代わりの部屋を用意してくれたのは良かったのですが、明らかにダウングレード･･窓付きの部屋を予約していたのですが、部屋に窓はなく、部屋のドアの覗き穴には前の客が詰め込んだのか、ティッシュが詰められたままとなっていました･･（画像３枚目）。
土曜日宿泊は周囲のホテルの金額も高く、お得な金額で予約できてたので文句も言えないところなのかもしれませんが。立地はよく、外観も綺麗で１階のロビーも綺麗ですが、部屋の印象は良くありませんでした。
