講真的我沒遇過這麼多問題的汽旅
我打電話問汽旅ktv房
電話預定四人是的話約4000多
然後又說如果是由旅遊網站預訂先刷卡就只要3000多
但旅遊網站登記就是最多只能容納2人
我篩選器也是選擇四人所以原本原房型價只算兩人大概是3380但我選四人變成4300多這都合理
結果結帳多出服務費我很是問號❓
多出399的服務費 當初問旅遊網站就說是因為加人的清潔費
好的，399是多兩個人頭的清潔費
房間4300多是已包含人頭了
結果我到現場，這汽旅更讓我無語了
又在跟我收一次600人頭
說是網站上本來最大型限制是兩人
所以跟我們現場又再一次確定人數的時候我們又說是總共是四個人，所以就又跟我們多收了$600
前臺也不知道我們的人數到底是幾人，所以又再跟我們確定一次人數就有收了錢
進了房間之後用具一樣就是只有兩人份的
但當初在網站預訂的加床的床墊卻有？
不懂是汽旅的員工訓練不好還是什麼疏失
感受真的很差
然後ktv房在前臺也給了兩隻麥克風跟飛鏢
還要再收訂金1000
然後飛鏢機開了機完全沒反應==？
音樂點歌雖然很多近期流行大陸歌很加分
但麥克風聲音比音樂還大….呃
也許是為了，不要擾民就算了👌🏻
浴室挺寬敞乾濕分離 浴缸很大 挺不錯👌🏻
但因為這些事件心情不好沒泡澡不知道效果🫡
加床的床墊➕了還沒有棉被==
打電話到前臺詢問
又說要在繼續加什麼清潔費
當別人沒開汽旅嗎⋯⋯
什麼都要係項去算
現場已收兩人的人頭600+旅遊網站多兩人的服務費399
然後要再加個棉被還被說要再加清潔費==
真的入住要問清楚要馬講清楚消費
而不是說多了人頭會收部分費用

麻煩消費係項跟服務請做好

消費者想表達的 一直硬要說兩方只是合作關係
那我消費者幹嘛要替你們買單
服務不周到被收服務誰開心啊
收了服務費在跟人家收清潔費
然後服務跟態度一點都不周到還推託
