Our stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the location is somewhat central with the market about a 30-minute walk away, we encountered several issues. The room's headboard and side tables were dusty, and the bathroom shower area was poorly designed, allowing water to splash out. The absence of a safety box in the room was a significant concern, forcing us to carry our passport and money with us. Additionally, the street outside was poorly lit at night, making it feel unsafe. Considering these issues, potential guests should weigh the pros and cons before choosing this hotel.

definitely recommend anyone who wants to stay in taichung! this is 1 of our top picks & their amenities & service are really great as well. comfortable to live in & they even have washing machine & dryer to do your laundry & a bathtub available as well!

Room looked as per listing photos and was spacious. Overall clean and nice. Was able to check-in early when I arrived thanks to the friendly staff! Much appreciated.

My gosh, we r never coming back. Hair dryer was not working, toilet is perpetually wet. It was wet the moment we check in till the point we check out. The vibe of the toilet is terrible with 1 spot light as a light. I can't even do my make up. Terrible.

Request for late check out have been rejected,must check out 11am on time and check in only 5pm onwards, never encounter phone ring twice 10 minute before 11am to alert you for checking out. Reception staff not friendly. No good

Very friendly and helpful front desk and very trendy decoration and quality bed to sleep in and had a very good sleep last night so able to drive home this morning! Surely will come back again!
