Please control the system operator, otherwise refunds should be allowed. The hotel location is inconsistent with the facts. The location is not the house number as stated in the adverti*****t. I called and was told that it was a residential building in the alley next door. Dark, dirty, messy, noisy, dilapidated, small, with a musty smell, very similar to the Hong Kong secret hotel in the movie. As soon as you enter the door, there is a small hall of 4.5 square meters, followed by a long corridor with a width of 1.5 meters. In one unit, there are 7 or 8 small rooms spaced apart. The street is very noisy, and the air conditioner sounds like driving. I actually charged more than 700 RMB, and I can’t refund it. This room is much worse than the nearby 200 RMB room.

Too bad the address doesn't match the description and I feel like I'm being scammed. The service attitude is very poor, no one can be found at all. Environmental facilities are also very poor!

The location is quiet, the transportation is convenient, food and accommodation are suitable for business travel, short-term stay, close to the Fengjia night market business district, the price is very good, it is highly recommended to drive to the vicinity of Taichung City for a two-day trip, live in a family of 2-4 people or couples

I couldn't get in touch at first. I was transferred to voicemail and had to call customer service before I found someone. The person who answered the call spoke very poorly! Since you need to call 24 hours in advance, you shouldn't be able to let other guests place orders on the same day. This is unreasonable at all. The smell of smoke is very strong. It is basically a daily rental suite.

The environment is very poor, most of the walls are stained, the quilts have yellow spots, there are only 2 towels in 3 large and 2 small,..., there are too many other shortcomings to mention, it is a very unpleasant travel experience, very bad!
