住宿當晚冷氣壞掉，入住時冷氣溫度調到22度，結果溫度不但沒降下來反而升到27度，就這樣熱到睡不著，一直跟櫃台反應，櫃台只說從中控那邊可以調節溫度，但是過了一個小時溫度一樣27度，就這樣反應了四次櫃台終於說要叫人來處理，可是當下已經半夜一點多身上沒穿衣服根本不方便讓人進入房內，後來過20分鐘又說要幫我們換房間？半夜一點半還要收拾行李換房？如果早在晚上11點反應時馬上處理不就好了，等到一點半才說要幫我們換房間，最後我只能請櫃台給我一台電風扇勉強撐著睡著，實在是花錢買罪受

房間不錯大特別是SPA區很喜歡 只是床的旁邊兩側安全門跟入口門睡覺很沒安全感，隔音也不太好
房內煙霧有電中沒辦法散去對不抽菸的人來說很困擾
