The day before my stay, I had an asthma attack, and when I checked the hotel's website, I noticed that they had installed aroma diffusers in the building, which I thought might make my symptoms worse, so I decided not to stay.
According to the rules, they said that they would not refund the money unless there was a medical certificate from a local doctor, so I paid. I understand that, but I wish they would not install aroma diffusers, as it would prevent people with weak respiratory systems from staying at the hotel.
