廁所沼氣水管氣味很重，進房有很濃厚的ktv包廂味
整體房間廁所的氣味非常糟，隔音也不好 聽到外處人聲跟車聲 非常明顯

冷氣聲比較大，服務還可以，希望員工能多加強附近景點的路線認知，不然遊客問員工一問三不知，還要自己導行研究

位置很好，週邊大眾交通工具一應俱全，緊鄰秋紅谷及台中市多個必遊地方、如逢甲夜市及七期百貨商圈等。
櫃台服務人員很親切，也能盡力提供協助，例如我提早到埠，盡力讓我能提早入住，非常感謝。
房間設施雖不算非常豪華，卻已經足夠便利，備品品質也都很好，主要的價位個人覺得CP值還蠻好。
