we were going to room 305 in the hallway smelled like cigarette smoke when we got to room 305 It also smelled like cigarettes...I booked a non smoking area, when I checked the bed to lie down there were scattered strands of hair 😔😔

The room is super big, you can shower and take a bath, and there is a large pool with landscaping. The children are so happy when they see the room.

There was rubbish in the room. I told the front desk staff to call us when breakfast arrived. But they didn't call us. We only called 15 minutes before check-out. Everything else was fine.

Old facilities and noisy air conditioning

Forget it, the smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming as soon as I entered the room. There were so many mosquitoes that I was bitten by 5 or 6 times as soon as I entered the room. The overall cleanliness was also very bad. There was a lot of dust on the floor and furniture, and there were water stains on the bathtub and bathroom floor. It was not clean at all. There are many holes in the toilet seat and sheets and quilts burned by cigarette butts and they have not been replaced. The walls are in disrepair and have signs of damage due to use. The overall impression of the stay is very good. Poor, the price is moderate but not particularly cheap. This kind of accommodation quality is not recommended to everyone!

I'm a long-time smoker...but I definitely don't smoke in the room where I sleep...I was almost poisoned after entering the room and couldn't breathe. I seriously doubted that there was anything else other than cigarettes. In short, it was difficult to breathe. Although the receptionist was very polite and helped me change. One room, but it still smells like smoke, just not as bad... I feel like I'm basically working as a human air purifier! ! It still feels scary to this day.

The facilities are old, the room has a strong smell of cigarette smoke, the air conditioner is cold when sitting on the sofa at the end of the bed, and hot again when lying on the bed. The breakfast is okay. I will check it out more next time before considering whether to stay.

When I checked in, I noticed that the lights were flashing. I changed the room immediately after reacting. The service was good! The decoration in the room is not very new, and the cleaning needs to be improved (the intimate clothes left by previous guests have not been removed)
