we were going to room 305 in the hallway smelled like cigarette smoke when we got to room 305 It also smelled like cigarettes...I booked a non smoking area, when I checked the bed to lie down there were scattered strands of hair 😔😔

The bed is too soft and I get backaches when I wake up the next day.
