Hotel was located about 15mins walk away from Taichung Station. The check-in process was smooth and the staff was professional and clear in explaining the stay duration, room number etc.
The room was really spacious - two full-sized luggages can be opened side-by-side and there is proper bar area for mini fridge, kettle and coffee/tea.

Big but old room.
Gym is a joke with a few treadmill/climber machine but no free weights.

Located in the heart of traditional architectural culture, the location blends delicately between gourmet food and the rhythm of the surrounding relaxing atmosphere. The old hotel has a fully flat parking lot with separate bathrooms and showers. The old hotel takes into account the relaxation of travelers and keeps the sanitation very clean. The bathroom was great, no mold present. The service staff are handsome men and beautiful women. Now many new hotels in Taichung have no parking spaces which is very inconvenient. There is a famous A-Tou-Bo Taro nearby (you have to queue up yourself, there is no delivery) and many delicious restaurants. There is a Thai restaurant next to the corner which is very family-friendly and delicious. It is a little far from the city center, 15-18 minutes by car. There are 3-hole plugs🔌, bathroom mirror with light, dressing mirror when going out, carpet-style

A business hotel not far from the train station. The hotel has its own parking lot which is very convenient. The buffet breakfast on the second floor is also in line with the hotel's level. There is a FamilyMart just a 1-minute walk diagonally opposite.
