服務人員態度親切、熱情！館內設施舒適且乾淨,大眾池有五個湯（美人湯..草原湯..咖啡湯..）供你選擇,溫度也不同！對我而言簡直是客製化泡湯！房間裡無異味,過敏體質的我都不會覺得搔癢或想打噴嚏,整體住宿品質很好,期待下次再來體驗

建議盡量在下午17:00左右的時間過去報到會比較佳，還能趕上飯店19:00前結束的餐廳吃飯，是休閒放鬆的好地方。

櫃檯、餐廳、手作坊服務人員的態度很好～ 晚餐富貴雞套餐也不錯，手作毛巾狗也滿有趣的，房間舒適床很舒服。

房間不大，床也不大，估計是標準的5尺x6尺，浴室的泡湯池很小，戶外的泡湯池也很少，硬體設施不值這個價格。

跟家人出遊沒想到兩間房間都有霉臭味
淡季基本大保還是要做的吧。除濕 曬棉被
癢的整晚不能睡 聞得也難受
應該不會再去住了
