位置很方便，鄰近百貨公司及餐廳，不過缺點就是附近不好停車，對面配合的停車場也滿貴的。整體飯店是蠻乾淨舒服，價格也滿合理的。服務人員態度好，下次會再回訪！

來台中玩，第二天臨時要住勤美，只能說物美價廉，服務與態度根本五星級，地點也超級棒，超商洗衣公車捷運都有，非常推薦給要在勤美附近的人。內部雖然不是非常新穎裝潢，但乾淨整潔，沒有異味，很讚，CP值的首選。

精華區小酒店，目前沒有早餐方案，但附近飲食應有盡有，沒有問題。
豪華房型，房間真大，乾淨衛生，但也就就是簡簡單單，純過夜還算舒適。
目前房價還非常親民，週五2000元的價格，CP值高！
