有點遠，自己不開車的話不方便。
酒店內有中、西餐廳，但西餐廳會有公休，不訂位吃中餐會沒有位子，要到酒店外面吃。
衛浴設施老舊，毛巾不夠用。
有公共休閒空間，有些適合小孩子和年輕人皊玩意。
房間有湯池，可自由泡澡，是唯一點讚之處。

我們訂了SPA生活館兩大床房一晚，我們在24/7晚上7:35入住酒店，進房後發現馬桶沒有水冲厠和獨立溫泉浴室沒有冷水供應，我們立即通知前枱，酒店員工也即時作出維修，跟據他們說可能因搶水問題導致，因為溫泉浴室只有熱水沒冷水，熱水太熨跟本不能進行泡浴，經搶修後大約晚上11:15冷熱水才回復正常，但在午夜抽水馬桶不停漏水（我們退房時仍在漏水），我們早上起來看見都很害怕會漏電。用了貴的價錢入住了設施有缺點的酒店實在不值。
退房後酒店送了我們布丁作為道歉，但這次體驗實在強差人意，對酒店的設施和印象大打折扣，沒有下次了。

酒店服務可以設施有點老舊，但是很整潔，晚餐自助餐很不錯，地點有點偏遠，需要駕駛才能到達，但停車位比較多。

晚餐很好吃，接待人員很親切，房間寬敞，泡湯池很大，晚上房間隔晚再加強，就更完美了。
這是第二次造訪，又是遇見午後大雨，幸好服務人員都能很好的指引。

第一次來住了三天兩夜，訂了四人兩張床帶室內溫泉的房，地方闊落舒適，第一晚訂了海鮮自助餐，海鮮味道一般，最出色是蛋糕，有很多款式像一個小型蛋糕自助餐。
入住是8月17日人比較多下午四時4未能交房還要等待，但職員都算配合安撫客人。其他事情店員都盡力幫忙體驗不錯😌

我覺得房間洗手台真的不太好實用！ 冷氣真的有冷，不好調整。 然後廁所水會漏到房間來，這樣房間的地板會有點濕滑。
