The staff are friendly and helpful. Bikes outside to borrow, no need to rent YouBikes. Bus stations and big shopping malls with wide range of restaurants are around. Transport is easy to access to. A hotel which can provide a solo traveller a warm and comfortable experience.

USD150 executive room have aircondition problem during winter time yet the staff didnt acknowlegde even though they cant fix the problem. Worst didn't offer room change or allow cancellation. Just gave an extra blanket for first night. Room change happened on 2nd night after trip nego.

The receptionist is not as friendly, they didn’t great customer that went in or out, the AC is not cold aswell, when i checked out the receptionist didn’t ask me how was the stay and so on just like usual receptionist used to do, they could improve. Some parts in the room are not clean such as the glass, and the mirror.
The hotel is just average and it’s not my first option if i want to find a hotel again but overall it’s still alright.

The staff isn’t the friendliest or most welcoming but the location is pretty good. Overall a decent stay if you’re here on a day trip to Taichung.

We went on a family trip before the Spring Festival. Thanks to the front desk for guiding the parking. The family room is quite large and the children have space to move around in the room. The breakfast service was also good. Overall, it was a very good experience.
