Really comfortable hotel(bed and toilet were really nice), service is really good, friendly concierge and breakfast was ok although limited choices. Location wasn't very ideal.

The location is right next to the museum, so you can easily walk there. There are plenty of bus stops around, and a 7-Eleven right in front of the hotel with a decent breakfast. Really good

The location was a bit far from other tourist attractions, and the room that I originally booked one was too small so we had to switch to the other room for extra payment but room was clean and bedding was comfortable. Very basic amenities but breakfast was and staff was very friendly and helpful!

I requested an early check-in at 2 PM, as I would be checking out very early the next day and only had one day to spend in Taichung. However, my request was denied. The staff explained that the room was not yet ready and still being cleaned. When I asked why rooms were still being cleaned if the standard checkout time was 12 PM, they responded that I would need to pay extra for early check-in. This gave the impression that early check-ins are only possible with additional payment, regardless of room availability.
4PM standard is too late compared to other hotels and destinations.
