Taichung Beitun District 5-star Hotels

After entering the room, wow! A big room (really big, it cost money, I didn't expect it to be related to an unpleasant one the next day). 4. Take a swimsuit to the hot spring to go to the hot spring! Soaking, wearing a breast mirror, I feel that there are little things in my eyes swimming around (I believe that everyone with experience knows: the water quality may not be very good!), and it didn't take long to get up (and there is no evidence). 5. Go back to the room to watch TV, just the next day is the NBA champion warriors to the knights 4th battle, today replay the 3rd battle, the TV volume fluctuates, even no sound (the room is so big, the TV is super two lights, people who want to be interested in the NBA will not feel good! But, anyway, no protest is to give up rights). 6. Eating! Ugh! It's really all color and fragrance (after going home to the Internet, I found out that there are also netizens who think that the meal is very ordinary and the price is very expensive, but I believe that the hotel must know that it will definitely bring instant noodles to play). 7. Before going to bed at night, please counter 8:00morning call, as a result, my God! The next day, I can sleep until 9:30 (call the counter, the counter said that in order to avoid the cleaning that starts at 10:00, it will affect the hygiene, you can pack it back to the room to eat, it's great! You can eat while watching!) 1 person to get it! But a family of 4 people got 2 people's tableware. It was really angry while loading it. Finally, when I asked for more tableware, I was angry. The following content is still more and more angry. The hotel manager said: (1) The service staff did not show the meal coupon, Therefore, the tableware for 2 people (do you want it for customers? Do you know how many people stay? Even the customer asks again. ) (2)morning call has a record, it may be because the rain is too loud to hear and has been checked (the room is large (mentioned before) and the sound insulation is very good, but the door and indoor sky view window are poorly soundproofed! I can hear the shouting downstairs and walking next door! Don't rely on rain. Business people should pay more attention to it! To avoid damaging the contract.) Afterwards, say good things to other families and give gifts (what are you angry with the family for doing good people and receiving gifts for rest? Otherwise what do you want?) Now think about it, The front is all endured, why can't you endure it to the end? However, Taiwan's tourism and personal dignity are put on that again? This is the first time in my life to express my opinions online, and I will respond to the Taichung Municipal Government. Please ask the mayor to re-selection, and do not cause the negative impact of Taichung City tourism and mayor's governance.

The hotel is right next to Taichung train station and Tarako mall which both have food court with many food options. There are buses around the station can take you anywhere around Taichung including Sun Moon lake. The buffet breakfast was good with mainly Chinese/********* food options. We stayed in a family room which was just big enough and had space to be able to open our suitcases. The staff were very polite.

Good Location to Bus station and to Night Market. Its also next to a major bus transport if you wish to travel to outskirt of the city in taichung. The hotel is also located in an outlet mall. The Breakfast spread is good daily.

Location: near the train station which was super convenient for us. was a short 5min walk away. Family mart right beside the hotel is a bonus too! Room: spacious and clean. our room had a bathtub! downside - very limited powerpoints available. must to bring travel adapter. Laundry: the free laundry was super helpful for our trip, even tho it's self service. laundry room is on the basement, which isn't accessible from the main lift and require climbing stairs. able to purchase laundry powder for 30TWD from the counter, which was convenient. laundry room has 2 washers and 2 dryers, took us about 1.5h-2h to complete the washing and drying cycles together.

One of my favourite hotel!! Breakfast is very nice with a lot of options to choose. Love that there is TV in the toilet. The room is spacious for 4 adults. The downside is that the hotel is in the middle of the road. So it is a bit hard to cross the road if there is a lot of car driving pass.

I thought this is an excellent hotel based on the price they charged, although the facility is quite old. By the way, the breakfast provided is really good for Chinese passengers since most of the residence overnight is from Taiwan, **************, and also Great Asia. I believe this is a hotel for the visitors with strict budget limitation.

The front desk staff responded cordially and professionally. The parking lot cooperates with Carrefour next door and allows unlimited entry and exit. You can park until 1 pm the next day, making it easy to leave after lunch. The room's software and hardware are of average quality, and the lighting is good without being dim. There are traces or dirt from long-term use, but the sound insulation is poor, and the next door neighbor can clearly hear coughing and talking loudly, even if the door is closed; there is a flush toilet in the bathroom, and although the bathtub is suitable for one person to take a bath, the width is a bit narrow; the air-conditioning temperature is a bit difficult to control. It has been kept at a very low temperature, and it will feel cold when you leave the bed and the bathroom. Overall, the CP value is okay, but I may not stay here again.

I have stayed here many times. The accommodation is spacious, clean and tidy. There is a parking lot and breakfast is provided. The dining environment is clean, spacious and comfortable. You can book a room in advance on the app. It is convenient and effective. It is located in the city and is convenient for shopping. It is a great place to stay when going out. Great place to stay.

The overall hotel is bright and simple, a business-type hotel. There is an underground parking lot, Chinese and Western breakfast is served in buffet style, and the service staff is friendly. Only the door to the room is heavy and can easily produce loud noise when closed.

Was given a bigger room but it has a funky smell. Requested to change a room but they denied until I had to give them a 2nd call right after they hang up. They asked someone to come over to check and upon acknowledging the weird smell in the toilet, they say just let the smell go away on it's own with freshener. I had to reject the housekeeper TWICE before they let me change another room which is much better. No smell and cleaner. They should've given this room from the start. Service is terrible but the location is just beside Fengjia Night Market which is a plus point. There is a bus stop just below the hotel that goes to Ruyi to get some snacks shopping done. Breakfast quality is bad but sufficient. No high expectation on the breakfast.
