We arrived about 10:30 at the hotel and we were able to check in without any problem. We asked the room to be changed 3 times and it was done asap.the manager on duty. A nice smiley young man, served as coffee. He was so helpful later on gave us a bottle of red wine when we ask for wine during the evening buffet. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name but he was so helpful. The cleaning Ayis were also friendly. I will return..

I booked a special king bed room. According to the reviews, there are two room types. I also specifically contacted the hotel to make a note to ask for a cover for the bathtub by the window and children's toiletries.
Finally arrived at the store...I was given the middle room type! There were no toiletries provided for the children. In the end, I had to wait for a long time to change rooms with my 2 and a half year old child and a lot of luggage.
Then I was given room 901... When I opened the door, I felt... This room must have been occupied for a while... There was a smell of dust (people who understand will understand)... Then the bath towels and towels were a bit damp ~ adults can just use it
I can only say that I hope the service can keep up. The price is not too low in Taicang.

I was looking at the map on the way home and passed by Taicang. I decided to go to Taicang for a day and booked a room temporarily. I found that Ctrip was cheaper than the IHG app and the room was really cheap. But a strange thing happened. I booked two rooms and one room was booked. The room was normal, but the two cards in the other room could not open the door. I thought there was something wrong with the way I opened it. I went to the front desk again to get the room card and there was another queue. The experience was still relatively poor. The facilities in the room were complete. , except for the musty smell when opening the cabinet, the hotel has its own underground garage, but the entrance and exit are relatively small, so you have to be careful with large cars when you first come. The location of the hotel is quite good, and it is convenient to visit several attractions.

Thanks to the front desk for arranging the top floor room 1721 for us. The view is very open and unobstructed, which is quite good 👍🏻. As soon as I entered the room, I felt it was very spacious. The bedding was so comfortable that I took a comfortable nap immediately. The bathroom was Kohler brand, clean and tidy, and the two doors were full of design. It is recommended that the children's area on the first floor can be expanded. The claw machine was full of bugs and mosquitoes, which was disgusting. It is recommended that the business clean it up quickly. The invincible swimming pool is the hotel's feature. Many children swim there 🏊🏻♂️. The hotel service is also very timely and the attitude is very good. Taicang is only 1 hour away from Shanghai. It is very suitable for bringing children to spend a small weekend. 谢谢尔盖Hotel location is good if shopping is considered as importance. Wanda Shopping Mall is close. Supermaket is available there. Family Mart is very close as well. Offered room was a little bit smelly although clean enough. It would be a good option for short stay. In general it cost its price if there was no smell. Hope 7 Days Inn can solve the smell issue for future Guests.
