I booked a special king bed room. According to the reviews, there are two room types. I also specifically contacted the hotel to make a note to ask for a cover for the bathtub by the window and children's toiletries.
Finally arrived at the store...I was given the middle room type! There were no toiletries provided for the children. In the end, I had to wait for a long time to change rooms with my 2 and a half year old child and a lot of luggage.
Then I was given room 901... When I opened the door, I felt... This room must have been occupied for a while... There was a smell of dust (people who understand will understand)... Then the bath towels and towels were a bit damp ~ adults can just use it
I can only say that I hope the service can keep up. The price is not too low in Taicang.

The hotel is located in the Rothenburg Square of Haiyundi in Taicang, and the children like it. The security guards of Rothenburg Square of Haiyundi have a bad attitude. They are not hotel security guards, but the attitude of the hotel is satisfactory. The lights are beautiful at night, and there is Liuhe River next to it. The light strips on the shore are good, and there are not many people during the May Day holiday.

One thing to note is that the hotel bathroom does not use non-slip floor tiles. During my stay, I wore slippers and entered the washbasin area to wash up. I fell and was injured, resulting in heavy bleeding from the big toe of my left foot and abrasions and swelling on my right arm. I had been to the hotel in the morning. Hemostatic ***** and other items were delivered over the phone. Later, I sent the pictures to the hotel. Considering the time cost, I used the help of my doctor friends in the hospital to deal with the wound. It will take a period of time to change the dressing in the later stage. In the later stage, Ctrip assisted in the treatment. As an old user of Ctrip and a platinum member, I dealt with Ctrip and the hotel. Neither satisfied.
After traveling for so many years, this is the first time I have encountered non-skid tiles used in hotel floor tiles. Even if the floor tiles are not anti-skid, glazed tiles are not used, and usually they are vitrified tiles at best. I come from an engineering background, and the laying of floor tiles like this is completely inconsistent with building construction regulations.
I have two questions: 1. Which installation unit designed and constructed this kind of construction, and how did it pass the inspection and acceptance? 2. If it is not corrected in time, this kind of thing will definitely happen again in the future.

Llin713During the National Day holiday, I took my kids to Taicang. When I was searching for hotels, I saw that this hotel had a parent-child room with Octonauts. Because of copyright issues, many such IP rooms were no longer available. How could I miss it? It turned out that I chose it. The room was very good, a suite. There was a small living room at the entrance. There were all Captain Buck and Doctor Guajipi dolls, which were super big. The kids loved them and played with them all the time. The buffet in the morning was also very rich in variety, the waiters were very friendly, and the hotel transportation was also very convenient. SSmilingsnail在太倉醫葯園區，附近沒啥配套，離沙溪古鎮5公里，適合自駕，大廳有星級檔次，套房面積夠大，客廳也有獨立衞生間，衞生方面還可以，房間內安靜，除了煙花爆竹聲其他沒有感覺到，開了有些年頭了，維護的一般，比如馬桶圈居然比馬桶體小一圈，馬桶間門壞了就索性拆掉，筒燈壞了發出幽藍的光還以為是防火噴淋裝置，同樣房型有的有冰箱有的卻沒有，書桌，電視櫃什麼都也不一樣，不是因為熱水問題換了房間還不會注意這些差別，早餐也比較粗糙，另外，同樓層大概有棋牌室，比較吵而且走廊一股煙味，整體感覺是倒退的旅遊酒店

谢谢尔盖Hotel location is good if shopping is considered as importance. Wanda Shopping Mall is close. Supermaket is available there. Family Mart is very close as well. Offered room was a little bit smelly although clean enough. It would be a good option for short stay. In general it cost its price if there was no smell. Hope 7 Days Inn can solve the smell issue for future Guests.

There is a sign hanging at the front desk, issued by the Finance Bureau, and designated by the government as a hotel. The service staff didn’t smile the whole time. Government-designated hotels are just awesome! 😟
The most embarrassing thing is that after untying my hands, I found that there was no toilet paper in the two toilet paper boxes next to me🧻! This is the first time I have stayed in so many large and small hotels, so I won’t mention how to solve the problem😠.
When I got up the next day, the outdoor temperature had reached 29 degrees, and the air conditioner on my floor was not turned on! It was unbearably hot inside. 🥵After complaining to the front desk, the air conditioner on this floor was turned on.

AArturThe exact room I’ve booked is located in different building, 250 meters away from the reception. The receptionist just pointed to the direction into the darkness, naming the building number. I had to come back to her to get the directions using the map.
The room itself is nice and clean. But there’s no elevator and the handle for the shower was lacking.
