酒店位於沙溪古鎮景區，步行可達。不過由於地處老區，周邊的配套街市環境有點臟亂差，我一度懷疑是不是走錯了地方。
酒店是老闆私宅改造後的民宿，走進屋內大堂，感覺倒像是世外桃源，乾淨且幽靜。全屋自動管理，掃碼入住，在線答疑回覆需求都蠻及時的。房間雖然不大也算整潔乾淨。原本入住民宿我都會習慣帶着一次性被套枕套，但是雨巷的床單乾淨無異味，還是蠻不錯的。
大廳自助休息區及茶具可自用，坐下小憩聊天也是比較寫意。就是雨巷單套房間的門鎖就一道聯通大廳和房間院子的玻璃推門，睡覺的話房門就一道陽台玻璃移門鎖，略有些不適應。覺得安全係數有點低。

酒店很乾凈，2019年新造的，但沒味道，設施齊全。沒有前台，智能化管家服務，有問題找管家都能馬上解答。有休息娛樂區，可以打牌，下棋，看書；有喝茶聊天區，還能看投屏電影，小朋友灰常喜歡；有吃飯區，很大的圓桌，電冰箱，微波爐，消毒櫃等應有盡有，可惜免費品嚐的咖啡機不知道怎麼弄，怕弄壞，沒喝到咖啡，衹能下次去喝啦！衞生間還有智能馬桶，洗刷用品都有，但小朋友的拖鞋和牙刷要自己帶哦。推薦給大家！
