The hotel room was fairly large great location, and most of all the breakfast in the morning was very good.  I would recommend this hotel to anyone who would be visiting Taicang.

怎麼説呢～態度看着挺好的～定了高級房，朋友第二天定的普通房，前後腳入住。因為定了不一樣的房間，入住發現是一摸一樣的房型，跟朋友一起去前台諮詢，各種説辭：她們是會員所以給升級到高級了啦，她們訂的早啦她們如何如何啦～事實是每個説辭都不是。朋友訂的晚，也不是會員。普通和高級價差捌拾，雖然不是很多吧，可錢也不少大風颳來的，給普通升高級固然是很好。但多花了錢的高級就啥也沒？有些難過啊～前台説給禮物 一個保温杯一盒護手霜，問能不能再給護手霜，顯得很為難但也給了。還説送價值219的華住會金卡年卡，結果是體驗金卡，説需要三個月內本人住多少次才會變成年卡。問三個月內無出行計劃呢？就等於沒有金卡了？前台小姐姐大方的説，沒關係，過期了來找我，給您續。當下還真的滿感動的。（後來某書搜了一下體驗金效期三個月，且衹可領一次，還有，體驗金獲得渠道也挺多的，鉑金會員可以免費送）。朋友退房時，前台給了倆個保温杯。真的太棒啦～哦，因為送了會員，三天兩晚給免費喝了三杯咖啡。
上當了受騙了～不是很開心～

房間很好，衞生不錯，早餐花樣也是，阿姨也很好，特別滿意，前台工作人員非常熱情，走的時候又是送水又是幫忙拿行李，點贊👍
