Old towels. Loose screws caught on clothing threads causing damage. Only 2 bottles of water for a family room with 3 guests.

It was a really lovely hotel , very accommodating staff , room was good . We had a good experience but our towels had holes in them . We didn’t bother to complain and made do . But this is something that hotel needs to take note of as it really is a wonderful place to stay

酒店位置很好，有地下車庫方便停車但是我是開了房車超高，沒法下地庫，酒店讓我停對面雅鹿大廈停車場報銷了20元停車費服務不錯，房間乾淨也很大，早餐也好，總體很滿意！

前台黃哲服務周到細心，地理位置很市中心，早餐品類齊全，這個如家性價比超高，以後每次來太倉都來這家店，而且3樓家庭房很多都是老顧客，值得復購和推薦

還不錯，性價比高的，進門服務很熱情，車停地下，走上來，沒電梯直達，出去先自己墊付，然後客服轉賬停車費。這個價格實惠的。隔壁就是個燒烤店。
