酒店目前在裝修中，環境比較亂，蚊蟲超多，一系列的服務跟不上，衹有前台接待的兩位小姐姐還是不錯的，別的管理人員就不想提了，雖然環境不行，但餐廳服務員給酒店加分不少，服務態度很好，廚師長菜做的好吃，乾淨，這是此次出行唯一讓我滿意的。梅花鹿非常可愛，和人很親暱！

環境:處於綠色植物的包圍之中，步入酒店像是進入了生態公園裡。新鮮的空氣，鳥語花香。孩子們很喜歡沙灘，在樹上摘果子。歡樂的笑聲沒有停過。服務:進入前台，接待幫我門升級了客房，還為我們帶路去客房和餐廳，主動為我們預訂了餐廳座位。由於身處植物園，房間內少不了蚊蟲，服務員幫忙提前開啟了空調去除了蚊蟲，這樣的體驗讓我們深有感觸，這度假村有着五星級酒店的服務！Nice.衞生:裝修有些老舊，但是整體的衞生還算可以。房間有安全鎖讓我們非常放心.早餐:種類不少，都是非常樸實的食物。麪條，包子，炒飯，蔬菜，沙拉，水果一應俱全！物有所值。特色:門口的兩衹孔雀深深吸引了孩子的眼鏡而久久不願離開。湖上的荷花，荷葉讓人感歎❗清風拂來，讓炎炎夏日清涼舒爽！煩悶一掃而光。帶着長者孩子來這裏度假，真是物有所值，超級體驗讓家人流連忘返！值得擁有。

預訂的丹桂樓，到了酒店後給我們免費升級成了桂苑樓。房間比丹桂樓大一些。總體的入住感受很好。服務枱知道我們是帶孩子一起來的，早早地將空調幫忙開啟了。進入房間裏面的感覺給我們從熱烘烘的外面形成了很長舒服的感覺！感謝前台細心的照顧！非常滿意。房間裝修並非新裝但很整潔乾淨，沒有異味。孩子們很喜歡這種感覺！我們也很滿意！五星好評五星感受！

位置非常清幽，聽説老闆是從浦東迪士尼樂園動遷過來的，花數千萬元把很多古樹也移栽了過來，場地大環境幽靜。
