The hotel is in a great location, very close to Nanyuan, only about 800 meters away on foot. The hotel's soundproofing is average, and the sounds from the corridor and the next room can be heard clearly. The front desk service is OK, but the restaurant service needs to keep up.

The hotel has convenient transportation, especially it is within walking distance to Nanyuan. It is not far from Taicang Art Museum, Taicang Museum, Wanda Plaza, and Nanyang Plaza.
