設施：酒店比較新，設施完好。有洗衣房、迷你的健身房、會談室，地下車庫位置很多。
衞生：衞生還不錯，沒有發現不乾淨的。
環境：環境不錯，在五洋廣場，邊上有全家和羅森便利店，還有吃早餐的店鋪和很多商店，網約公交車在這裏也有一站，特別方便。距離萬達廣場、美術館、圖書館、博物館都不太遠。
服務：服務很好，五一期間先定了1天，第二天續住沒有雙床了，酒店經理幫忙協調了兩間，非常感謝。

設施：設施乾淨衞生，新酒店特別好，沒有任何異味。
服務：服務員服務態度非常好，前台辦理入住後問了來參加音樂節的加微信告知音樂節交通線路，還給了音樂節加油包小零食，體驗感一級棒。值得表揚！
以後來太倉玩還會選擇入住，五星好評～

服務實在太周到貼心了！！！！！因為音樂節而來，前台特地為參加音樂節的住客準備了水果零食和飲料禮袋，退房後稍坐大堂上休息，服務員又馬上送來水和水果！！！去太倉博物館和沙溪古鎮也很便利
