Excellent stay. Easy access to high speed train from Shanghai. The service was spectacular from everyone. We were greeted by Andy and he organized the day for us. We met lovely workers like Jaalaa and Sheriff which made our experience really memorable. Thank you for a lovely stay

We booked a package on Ctrip, which included a package at the Snow Restaurant, a hotel buffet dinner + breakfast, and a ticket for Snow Entertainment. We started a two-day tour with our kids. First of all, we would like to thank the housekeeper Edith for her warm and thoughtful service, which was highly praised! She would remind us every step of the way, including parking, meals, activities, etc. She was very attentive and patient, and gave the children a small gift when we left. The hotel is just opposite Taicang South Station. We arranged to arrive at about 12:30 noon from Suzhou. We contacted the housekeeper to ask if there was a room and checked in directly. The housekeeper gave us the package ticket and the snow ticket together according to the time we played. We put away our luggage, took our ski gloves, and went straight to the Alpine Restaurant to eat the set meal first. We waited for a long time, and it should be freshly made. Then we went to Snow Entertainment. Our ticket time was three hours. The place is not big, but it is very clean, and there are staff on the site. We played whatever we saw was free. We had to queue up for bumper cars and the one that slides down from the top with a big tire. There was no queue for other projects. We watched the penguins playing in the snow, as well as ice bikes, carousels, and performances every hour. The cableway in the sky is worth a try if you are brave enough. I came out at around 5 o'clock and went back to the room to rest and then went to the restaurant for self-service. At 6 o'clock, the band started to perform Chinese and English songs. The highlights of the self-service are tiger crabs and snow crab legs (delicious). There were also a few waves of crab legs, and they were replaced by shrimps at the end. After dinner, we had to leave at 7:45 to catch the iron flower show at 8 o'clock. It takes a long way. It is in the light show next to the hotel (tickets are required), which is very shocking. Although it is cold, it is worth it. After visiting the light show, there are still some interactive games for children in the lobby, which can be watched (it seems that they have registered in advance). There are also some small facilities for children to entertain. The next day is Monday, and the ski resort opens at 12 o'clock. In the morning, we had self-service until more than 10 o'clock, and went back to the room to rest and recharge until 11:50. After checking out, I put my luggage and rushed to the ski resort. I queued for a while to enter. The timer starts when you enter (four-hour ticket), and you have to pay for every minute overtime. First, we lined up to get clothes, pants and shoes. After putting on shoes for a long time, the staff said that it would be fine if we had to get one size larger than usual. Our family couldn't fit into them. We had to change to the second size larger. It was hard to put on shoes. I suggest watching the video online to see how to put them on. After putting on shoes, I went to the bathroom, and then slowly walked to the counter on the other side to get skateboards and canes. They were quite heavy, and skateboards required shoe sizes. More than half an hour had passed since we got all the equipment. Finally, we entered the ski resort. Then we fell, and fell until we stopped falling... It is recommended that beginners go to the novice slide, which is relatively gentle. Later, I didn't fall when I was familiar with it. Practice how to brake on the flat ground first. We came out at around four o'clock. It was really tiring, but it was fun! We went to the snow restaurant again to order hot drinks, watch the sunset, eat all the snacks and fruits, and set off to go home. A perfect two-day trip! My legs and arms were sore on the second day, and they slowly got better on the third day. It is recommended to bring your own ski gloves! It is more expensive there

This is the hotel with the best service I have ever stayed in. You can take care of your children throughout the whole trip. The activities are very rich and colorful, such as billiards, table tennis, and children can play by themselves. I would like to sincerely thank Miss Camellia at the hotel front desk, Manager Hao, the housekeeping director, and Manager Fang, the front office manager. They introduced the route and itinerary in detail before check-in, and followed up and recommended the daily hotel activities at any time after arrival. They answered all questions. I accidentally knocked over a table lamp worth hundreds of dollars while packing my luggage before checking out. The first thing they cared about was whether I was scratched instead of pursuing compensation. It was really touching. The breakfast was also very rich, with both Chinese and Western food. There were dance activities on the stage on the first floor at night. The ski resort is across the road, which is very convenient. The children were so tired of playing that they didn't want to go home. We will definitely stay in this treasure hotel next year.

It was my first time staying at ClubMed. I had a good experience. Check-in and check-out were very efficient. The buffet breakfast and dinner were of high quality. The service was orderly. The expectations were basically in line with the actual situation. My family members were very satisfied with the reviews. I hope to experience it again in the future.

Hygiene: I first saw a bloodstain on the bed sheet, and thought it was fine since the baby was asleep. But when I woke up the next morning, I saw so many bloodstains scattered on the bed sheet. I wonder if they couldn’t wash it clean or if they did it on purpose! The environment and services are good, but it is really annoying to encounter such sanitary conditions during the Chinese New Year!

The ceiling of parent-child travel in China! The activities are rich in content and the Go performances bring joy to the whole family. Eat, drink and have fun all in one place. During the Spring Festival, I also experienced two homestays of the same price. The gap is a bit big. Let’s focus on the Club Med series. It's like Starbucks in coffee. Quality guaranteed.

The hotel is in a very good location, close to downtown Shanghai, and very convenient for skiing and snow play nearby. In fact, it’s nice to just drive out to play in the snow. The clubmed parent-child hotel chain has average service and focuses on parent-child activities, but the quality of the paid activities is really not high. We didn't get the room until after 4 a.m. on the first day of check-in on the second day of the ***** New Year. No one followed up on the progress in real time, so I had to go and urge them myself. The lantern festival fireworks were cancelled due to rain. Luckily we stayed for two nights. If we stayed for one night and there was no fireworks, the extra price during the Spring Festival would not be worth it compared to the service. The toilet in the room is a bit smelly and needs to be improved.

This year, during the Spring Festival, because I have a little kid at home, I chose a hotel within an hour's drive from Shanghai. It was really wise! I have stayed in other clubmeds before and I like this model very much. This hotel specializes in indoor skiing. The housekeeper Edith Xiaoguan contacted us before we checked in, and the service started before we arrived! The hotel business is very good! Around 3 o'clock is the check-in peak. After checking in, I met Edith Xiaoguan (a beautiful lady~), who was warm, thoughtful, polite and efficient. It can be said that she was quite awesome! Thank you for your care and concern for us during this trip! The hotel room and hygiene are acceptable to me, a clean freak. I think it is not easy for the room service to respond and handle so promptly during such a peak period! After staying for a few days, my child learned to ski and snowboard. The coaching fee during peak hours is not cheap, but the coach Yu Chengcheng we met is very professional, patient and responsible. He also took a lot of videos of my child so that we can enjoy it. I am very happy🥳 The hotel activities are also very rich. There are many NPC characters. I think the buffet is very average, but it is better to have the God of Wealth accompany us at night, and there is a sense of atmosphere Next to it is a small park-like place. There is a lantern festival at night, and you can see fireworks. It is really great! I hope the popularity and business of the town will be more prosperous, so that I can come to ski and stay in the hotel next time. It is a very pleasant New Year trip! Satisfied👍 Finally, I have to praise Ctrip, as always awesome~
