Nice location - small gym - average breakfast - fast check-in and check-out - clean room - smelly elevator area (waste water / toilet smell)

Clean room, friendly staff, great breakfast options. My second time I’m staying in this hotel. Both times in the same room 332, and both time have washroom light not able to turn off on first night. Has to ask for room service for turning them off whole time during my stay. Shower not function well both time. Thought would have been repaired since my first tome staying the room.

Great hotel in a very nice area. Feel like being in a small town in Germany. Very friendly and professional staff. Will certainly go there again when in Taicang.

It's perfect to take your granddaughter here for a vacation! As soon as you enter the door, you will be attracted by the environment of the hotel. The architectural style is the favorite of children. The hotel environment is very popular with children. Especially the service of the front desk 💁🏻♂️ is very thoughtful. They helped me upgrade the room type. I saw that the name of the male service line at the front desk 💁🏻♂️ is Sun Ya. Enthusiastic and thoughtful. The cleaning aunties on the 3rd floor are also very enthusiastic. The room is super clean, the sheets and quilts are not wrinkled at all, and the tile seams in the bathroom are shiny. It is completely safe to bring your baby here~ There is also thoughtful service in the breakfast area! Rich breakfast! If I go on vacation next time, I will choose Maritim Hotel again!
