就性價比來説，作為民宿準酒店，還是很不錯的，大環境還是整潔乾淨的，就是隔音不好，因為是板子做的格擋，外面的動靜非常清晰的能傳到房間裏。還有就是天窗外面的燈光比較影響休息，老闆能給安排個遮光簾就最好了。總體還可以。

三人間和平台照片上面不符合，是一個四張床的小套間，居住在樓頂，空間狹小，床上用品又差，床單被罩沒有更換的可能性很大，被罩一股汗味。房間隔音效果極差，屬於壓木板，房間昏暗，體驗感極差。

1、房間有點嚇人。廁所更嚇人。説好聽點是閣樓，説不好聽就是樓頂的違建改裝的，晚上燈光昏暗，特別壓抑。因為外面很冷又很晚了，實在不方便出去重新找，但是一晚上真是沒有安全感。2、洗澡水忽冷忽燙。開始是温的，然後是涼的，對，涼的！把我凍崩潰了……正打算趕緊出來，後面又變成了燙的。。。真是讓人五味雜陳。3、被單是破洞的，上面還有煙味！鬼知道上個人走了有沒有換過4、吵！死！了！早上六點鐘，被極鬧騰的音樂吵醒，原來是對面一幫跳廣場舞的。。5、一層樓搶一個廁所。公共衞浴，就一個房間，早上想用，得排大隊！6、沒有電梯！得爬樓7、以上讓人崩潰的體驗，完全實話實説，跟老闆素昧平生，沒必要造謠。
