Really had a good nice stay at holiday inn Taian city center, especially the receiptionist Ms. 陈蓉 (if i am not mistaken), she was really helpful by arranging all the car booking because I had to go to Jinan Airport early in the morning, she helped me with all the communication and negotiation with the car booking guy, really thank her a lot, will surely come back again if I go to Taian.

Really great hotel, there is a small lake at the door, come for a walk in the morning and evening, the air is very good. The front desk upgraded the room, facing Mount Tai, the scenery is very good, the room is quite new, the bed is very comfortable and sleeps well, and the air conditioner is turned on in this weather. Breakfast is good, will come next time on business trip.

The location is great, about 10 minutes drive from Mount Tai. I stayed there for two nights in a row. The first day was a children's suite, the hygiene and service were acceptable, but the second day I changed to a business standard room, the hygiene was really terrible, all the toiletries in the room were in good condition but they were all empty, I suspected that the room was not cleaned and asked to change rooms, after the change, the table was full of oil and meal residue, I asked the room manager to come to the room to deal with it, but he didn't come in half an hour, and when he came, he didn't have the attitude to deal with the problem, I have never given a bad review, this time I really want to give a bad review

Excellent hotel, I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely will do so next time I’m back in Tai’an. I live in China but brought my parents here to visit Taishan and this hotel was perfect for them. The staff were friendly and helpful, Anna in the lounge and Cece at the front desk both helped answer questions and provided great customer service. The rooms were beautiful with high ceilings, comfortable furnishings and everything was spotless. I particularly appreciated the large bathroom mirror and rainfall shower. The location of the hotel is conveniently near lots of restaurants, shopping options and massage parlors. Also only a 10-15 min drive from the rail stations, mountain and city temple, making getting around quick and simple. Two extra perks, the swimming pool is great and the high speed rail makes it easy to get to Tai’an (we had a 4 hour ride from Shanghai) or nearby Qufu (20min ride to Qufu east station).

One of the best hotels in Tai An. Room is clean. Service is excellent. My son has diarrhea and dirtied the bed. Service staff was very understanding and happy to help change the bedsheets and blanket not once but twice. Hotel even changed the room for us so that we can have a clean room. I have nothing but the best to say about this hotel.

Pros: - Very helpful, kind and competent reception staff who checked us in (they speak good English too!) - Very helpful and friendly staff at breakfast - Very clean - Comfortable bed! The hotel used to be a relatively high-end hotel. Since Wanda opened, there have been more hotels nearby, and it is not very prominent here. In fact, the location here is OK, the lobby is more ordinary, the front desk is not busy, you can check in directly with the reservation name. The room is simple and clean. Value for money. Hotel location is good as walking distance to daimiao, a night market (not that attractive) and a food streets which could look for breakfast and dinner. It's also close to taishan which only cost RMB 10 to reached tianwaimen. The only shortage is there is no tv program allowed to watch, all need to pay. Overall, all good.

都説這酒店好，買了玉米換了錢趕緊來入住體驗一下，確實不錯，房間很大，床很軟很舒服，從來沒見過這麼厚的床墊子，趟上面和趟在了大閨女懷裡樣，真軟和，衞生間裏的大噴淋，水溜子真大，打開洗澡個澡，呲的我後背都能往前走，比那種專門泡澡泡温泉的地方還管來，大空調打開温度調到最高，*******，******，我都懷疑空調裏不是浮，********，有女友的可以帶來試試，尤其早上的早餐體驗，如家這碗麪，給下面的姐姐説量大點，能給你下滿滿的一大碗，和個小山樣，尤其那個肉醬yyds，真是小時候媽媽的味道，而且不限量，你就是都挖麪條里人家也不説什麼，這就是大賓館的大氣，而且停車方便，車到了你橫着，豎著，斜着，歪着軲輪怎麼停怎麼是，進門到前台，前台的幾個小姐姐全程微笑服務，笑的花枝招展的，從你辦理入住到你進電梯口，都微笑目送你，好像和空姐一樣接受過專業培訓，把筷子橫咬到嘴裏才能保持這種微笑，等你退房走的時候也是，一直微笑着到你上了車，真比家人還温暖，讓你體驗賓至如歸的感覺，真是那句話，你家，我家都不如如家我看看來年賣了麥子玉米的攢着錢，看看合適在把房子賣了，以後常住如家
