Secondly, I stayed here for one night, and then extended my stay for another night. However, I found out from Ctrip that the room was fully booked. I called the front desk and they said they had rooms, but the price was 10% higher than the price I saw online the day before. Then I asked the front desk to give me a sales phone number. I called the sales and asked if they could help me check if there was a discount on your price. The sales first asked me to ask the front desk if there was a room. I said I did, and they had, but the price was a bit high. Could you give me a more favorable price, at least similar to the online price? The sales said they would check for me and call me back. At this time, Ctrip had rooms again and all room types had been released. It was at this time that the sales called and the first thing he said was to lie to me, saying that there were no rooms. The second sentence was that even if there were rooms, the price there was the same as the front desk, more than 560. I ordered 510 online, and bought 499 on a certain audio platform and got a free buffet. I really think you can tell the truth and there is no need to lie. Secondly, can you give me two room cards in the future? Because you need to insert a card to get electricity here. My wife is taking a shower and I go to get takeout. If I take the room card, my wife can't take a shower. If I don't take the room card, I can't enter the door.

I booked the hotel on Ctrip because it was newly opened. When we checked in, the lobby was grand and the people at the front desk were all beautiful women. They provided enthusiastic service and helped us check in. They were very considerate and very satisfied. When we got to the room, it was very cozy. The hair dryer was from Dyson, and the shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, and body lotion were specially prepared for you. The shower head was like a waterfall, with a large flow of water. It was very comfortable to wash, and the towels did not shed lint. There are no stains, and the bathroom and shower are well separated. The pillows are very resilient and the mattress is comfortable. I planned to get up early to climb Tashan Mountain, but ended up sleeping until almost noon and missing breakfast. Otherwise, I would have to comment on the breakfast. Anyway, it is good everywhere.

Good location. Close to shopping mall, park and 15-20 minutes drive from the entrance of Taishan mountain. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was included which was a big bonus.

Excellent hotel, I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely will do so next time I’m back in Tai’an. I live in China but brought my parents here to visit Taishan and this hotel was perfect for them. The staff were friendly and helpful, Anna in the lounge and Cece at the front desk both helped answer questions and provided great customer service. The rooms were beautiful with high ceilings, comfortable furnishings and everything was spotless. I particularly appreciated the large bathroom mirror and rainfall shower. The location of the hotel is conveniently near lots of restaurants, shopping options and massage parlors. Also only a 10-15 min drive from the rail stations, mountain and city temple, making getting around quick and simple. Two extra perks, the swimming pool is great and the high speed rail makes it easy to get to Tai’an (we had a 4 hour ride from Shanghai) or nearby Qufu (20min ride to Qufu east station).
