這家酒店應是重新裝修過，大廳很炫，房間很新，衞生條件不錯，去的時候有點小雨，人少，很安靜，景美心靜。帶娃去的，去泡了温泉，室外的超讚，空氣清新自然，鳥語花香，水温適合，實在是愜意得很呢

爬完泰山來泡個温泉，來之前看的評價褒貶不一，到了感覺還好，設施挺新，但屋內衞生還需做細緻些，沙發上還留有之前住客的一絲長髮😓。
房門外葫蘆門燈很精緻，走廊寬敞，但隔音不好，走廊説話動靜不小。
早餐自助，或許是我們下樓晚點，8點多也不至於飲品兑稀到如此難喝吧！三合一咖啡兑了多少水，這哪是咖啡，沒有一點味道！牛奶就算用奶粉沖，也不能這麼清湯寡水，接到杯中能看出不是白開水就是奶了嗎？
好在户外的森林湖景值得入眼，住酒店含一次對面康養中心的温泉，個人推薦户外温泉，紅酒、玫瑰、茉莉、金銀花、何首烏、當歸，池水被池底石磚映襯的綠瑩瑩波光粼粼，養生又養眼。
户外温泉的服務體驗也還不錯，客人入池後，能及時擺放好拖鞋，如果出池後能再多提供一件乾爽的浴袍就好了，户外泡完幾個湯泉，穿着濕淋淋的浴袍真是濕冷😓

房間很乾凈 就是在背面 靠着山 總體上設施比較新衞生比較好 環境也怡人 就是服務不行 尤其是餐廳的 感覺偌大一個温泉酒店 接了一個小麥光伏的年會 就再接不餐做不了飯了 我們晚飯去吃 服務員一樓推二樓 二樓推一樓 最後沒辦法我們去温泉那裡買的晚飯

房間好像是重新裝修了一下，物品都比較新，床也比較舒服，帶有一個小陽台可以看外邊風景，非常nice！如果是夏天的話會更加愜意！酒店早餐種類比較多，價格也適中。午飯和晚飯也可以在一樓二樓餐廳單點，味道適中吧，價格也可以接受。

過年期間很不錯了，但是對比其他的酒店還有很大差距。客房服務温泉服務都滿分，餐廳服務有待加強。能否點菜還是衹能點套餐每次問詢的答覆都不一樣，温泉炒菜好吃，但是客房早餐一般。

這個酒店就是把客人安全完全不當回事！困電梯裏能出來就是事實解決了？電梯警鈴沒反應不是最大的安全問題嗎？
房間挨着空調外機噪音大換房間需要一個小時！找來找去！大半夜這麼折騰！不説退房還不給好好找？！
能不住別住這！坐電梯沒帶手機的還不知道啥時候來救人！
