Rooms are big and clean. Breakfast is good and less than 10mins walk to the Zhong Tian Men. Very convenient for climbing Taishan. Unfortunately customer service is not well trained. One of the young man was using his mobile as I was asking for information. They were unaware of breakfast take-away frm 6-7am. Asked 2x with different CS the day before if such service is provided at 6.30am, a flat "No" was given. However saw a notice board showing such information when checking out the next morg.

房間很大，大床房有沙發，空調會幫你提前開啟，對於剛爬完山的小夥伴很友好，早餐很豐富，中西都有，也有小餛飩，麪，服務人員友善，衞生間的空調不太足，有點冷，入住的時候前台小姐姐一直叫我綁定華住，才能辦入住，有點不懂，不過態度蠻好

衞生和態度很差，在北京住的全季讓我們很滿意，所以繼續選擇全季，結果踩雷，泰安這家全季，洗手盆和地上都是頭髮和臟東西，還有瓜子殼，難道一個一晚上四百多的連鎖酒店，衞生不是第一要素嗎？打電話讓前台把地上臟東西拖一下，結果前台讓我自己拖，住了二十幾年酒店，第一次碰到讓客人自己拖地的酒店，真是讓人聞所未聞！

酒店在環山路，定了山景房，房間大，整潔。酒店步行泰山天外村入口10分鐘。酒店服務根貼心，知道第二天我們早起登山，特意在6點40分把早餐送到房間。
