Rooms are big and clean. Breakfast is good and less than 10mins walk to the Zhong Tian Men. Very convenient for climbing Taishan. Unfortunately customer service is not well trained. One of the young man was using his mobile as I was asking for information. They were unaware of breakfast take-away frm 6-7am. Asked 2x with different CS the day before if such service is provided at 6.30am, a flat "No" was given. However saw a notice board showing such information when checking out the next morg.

房間寬敞明亮乾淨舒適。一進去就顯得很温馨。酒店服務態度熱情專業，介紹很詳細。早餐種類豐富，味道也很美味。地理位置也不錯，離泰山不遠。入住很舒服。

19年的老會員，説我沒有會員忽悠我買金卡，打客服諮詢後又説新員工搞錯了，第二天要爬泰山沒掰扯，回屋看會電視準備睡覺，遙控電池都被以前住客咬成這樣了，可見商家成本意識有多強，拿手機遙控電視，無論有線電視還是數字機頂盒都沒有節目，我也是無語了，洗個澡睡覺吧，浴室地上還都是水銹……第二天下山一看原來是一個廢棄樓半邊改建的……就這樣吧，優點就是離着乘車點和紅門都很近……

酒店地理位置非常好，去天外村遊客中心步行幾分鐘就到，方便出行，房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，早餐很豐盛。
特別表揚前台小姐姐，態度和藹可親，當天爬泰山時間緊，還免費幫我們延遲退房，很滿意的一次入住體驗，推薦！

遊覽泰山選擇了全季酒店，出遊首先全季，這家泰安泰山景區點也沒有讓我失望，服務很好。衞生好，早餐也蠻好。房間也蠻大，出行方便的。

地理位置十分優越，距離天外廣場近，是乘大巴登泰山的首選之地。酒店房間敞亮整潔，服務熱情周到，早餐品種不算多，但是很可口。 下次還會再來！

房間很大，安排的1樓也不吵。
位置很方便，普照寺對面，走路可以到泰山景區天外村入口。
早餐也很豐盛。
有洗衣房和簡易健身房。

房間佈置簡單乾淨，窗外就是泰山。距離天外村泰山景區入口的天地廣場步行大約10分鐘，挺方便的。前台服務人員也很熱情周到。非常感謝🙏

房間很大，大床房有沙發，空調會幫你提前開啟，對於剛爬完山的小夥伴很友好，早餐很豐富，中西都有，也有小餛飩，麪，服務人員友善，衞生間的空調不太足，有點冷，入住的時候前台小姐姐一直叫我綁定華住，才能辦入住，有點不懂，不過態度蠻好
