我是坐高鐵在泰安站下，從高鐵站到酒店有直達的公交車，打車應該也不貴，畢竟也就四公里多點，來到泰安當然要爬泰山了，酒店門口有直達的公交，很方便，這裏好像離萬達也不遠，周邊環境還不錯。 辦入住和退房的兩位前台小姐姐態度都非常好，每次路過前台都是笑眯眯的，也會主動詢問是否需要幫助，還免費幫我升級了房間，房間挺大的，乾淨整潔，空調風也很足，最重要的是晚上很安靜，睡個好覺實在是太重要了。酒店前面的泰山大街到了晚上會有很多小吃攤，沿着這條街逛一逛應該挺有意思的，可惜我爬完泰山腿已經走不動了，希望有機會再來泰安的時候能慢慢玩一玩。

晚上發現此問題，那時打掃衞生的已經下班了，我也沒讓換床單，這個衞生是我住了這麼多如家酒店最差的一次

酒店停車方便，服務熱情，樂於提供各種幫助，早餐好吃，衞生做的非常好，非常放心，打掃也很及時，去商場和景點也很方便，值得推薦！

房間設施比較舊了 但是挺乾淨的 下面幾層也在重新裝修 前台小姐姐服務態度都很好 如果要求不是特別高 還是很可以住的 p.s.房間隔音不是很好 後續裝修可以加強一些

房間乾淨沒有異味，主要是前台姐姐們真的很熱情，服務意識很強，太喜歡山東人的熱情好客，強力推薦，

前台及酒店工作人員服務態度好，很親切，感受到了泰安的熱情和友好，很滿意的一次入住體驗。
