性價比非常高的一家酒店。酒店的地理位置優越，就在泰山腳下，而給我們感受最深刻的是酒店服務很好。有位前台美女叫李婷，非常優秀，尊重客人，處理事情專業又迅捷，給我們帶來非常好的印象，另外，客房的工作人員張霞和解小元服務態度也很不錯。這説明酒店的管理團隊重視客户體驗。房間設施方面可以再提升一下就更好了。

因為帶着孩子出行所以提前選擇了位置離泰山近一些的這家酒店,在還沒到酒店之前酒店的賓客關係經理就打電話詢問了我們大概幾點到酒店 從哪裡過去 需不需要接站，對房間有沒有什麼特殊要求之類的…我們到了後可能是看我們帶着兩個孩子的緣故吧，前台孫倩文孟旭很熱情的還給我們升級了個大房間 很好！

酒店很滿意 位置特別好，旁邊挨着廣場離泰山也特別近，周圍的景色也不錯。另外前台人員服務非常棒！很熱情，幫忙講解了很多爬泰山的攻略，得知孩子身體不舒服前台還給送來了感冒沖劑和姜水，讓我們感覺很貼心！自助餐豐盛，酒店整體五星級水準 下次來一定還住這裏！

這家酒店是四星級酒店，房間乾淨衞生，樓內也很温馨，服務很周到，考慮我帶孩子，提前準備了小孩兒用品。健身房洗衣房設施齊全，值得推薦。 每個服務人員都特別熱情，在各個方面給予我們幫助，都特別貼心。 酒店就在市政府廣場旁邊，叫網約車也很方便，離天外村也不遠。 早餐也足夠吃飽吃好了，在這個價位的房間，配這個早餐已經是超值了！ 晚餐是最驚艷的，不是説有多麼豪華，就是説特別超值。海鮮燒烤啥的都有，小龍蝦很值得推薦價格很實惠，爬山下來回到酒店能馬上吃個自助餐，真的很舒服

前台的服務確實很好很棒，看得出來小姐姐們很用心，並沒有因為是五一假期而忽視我們。房間打掃的也乾淨，晚上還給送了酸奶和水果，不過忘記拍照了😅這次終於登頂了，下次來爬還住這！點贊前台的王經理，幫我們提前叫車！🌹

酒店前台服務人員特別熱情專業，還沒到提前一天就打電話問我們對房間有沒有什麼特別的需求，早餐也特別豐富服務人員也很熱情，美中不足客房有位叫王艷的服務員脾氣不太好，大嗓門實在是有點吵，希望可以替住客都考慮一下！酒店周邊設施很齊全，環境也特別好，晚上還有音樂噴泉可以觀看，總之整體體驗都特別好

性價比高的酒店。前台接待熱情，熟練。特別是客户經理李婷非常友善，有賓至如歸的感覺。
賓館在許多細節上也做得不錯，比如每晚送水果，酸奶等。賓館出行也很方便，離泰山和其它景點都不遠。

前台小姐姐的服務確實好，就像酒店門口的這些小花花一樣既美麗又可愛！酒店周邊的環境還是挺不錯的，門口就有個大廣場，白天晚上都可以逛逛，景色很好，出門就能看到山！房間衞生打掃的也乾淨，酒店往北走三分鐘左右就能到遊客換乘中心，很是方便，以後再來爬山還會來住。
