酒店前台服務人員特別熱情專業，還沒到提前一天就打電話問我們對房間有沒有什麼特別的需求，早餐也特別豐富服務人員也很熱情，美中不足客房有位叫王艷的服務員脾氣不太好，大嗓門實在是有點吵，希望可以替住客都考慮一下！酒店周邊設施很齊全，環境也特別好，晚上還有音樂噴泉可以觀看，總之整體體驗都特別好

前台小姐姐的服務確實好，就像酒店門口的這些小花花一樣既美麗又可愛！酒店周邊的環境還是挺不錯的，門口就有個大廣場，白天晚上都可以逛逛，景色很好，出門就能看到山！房間衞生打掃的也乾淨，酒店往北走三分鐘左右就能到遊客換乘中心，很是方便，以後再來爬山還會來住。

酒店很新，房間整潔衞生乾淨，床品睡覺舒服，前台妹妹服務態度好，諮詢事項耐心講解，酒店免費停車很方便，離泰山近，酒店附近有家餃子館，很好吃，價格也不貴，酒店有洗衣機烘乾機，衣架也多，很方便，推薦入住，唯一有點不足的是窗户好像是固定死的打不開。
