（5月2日-5月3日夜）夜晚做了一個很臭的夢，在酒店開會，中途在草地休息，聞到惡臭味，突然尿急，進到酒店大廳裏面上廁所，衞生間蹲坑卻往上漫臟水。特別臭，然後，就被臭醒了。半睡半醒中想到自己正在酒店睡覺啊，怎麼這麼臭？
最後還是強迫自己起床，開衞生間換氣扇，可是衞生間卻沒有臭味，然後打開窗户，打開門散味，但還是很臭，凌晨3點40分左右打了前台電話，前台説不知道，我告訴前台，空調也不製冷房間特別熱，前台説中央空調不製冷，需要用掛機制冷。因為早上要起床爬山，就沒提要求換房間。隨後打開掛機，關閉中央空調，一會兒涼爽很多，大概二十分鐘左右，臭味消散差不多了。原來是中央空調的惡臭味。
繼續睡覺，迷糊中，怎麼又下雨了？摸摸臉還有水，還有咔噠，啪嗒聲，實在受不了了，***空調又漏水，滴落在床頭櫃上，地板上，餐飲牌子上，實在是遭罪啊，硬生生扛着這嘈雜聲音睡到7點，吃完早飯收拾完到前台退房，並説明瞭夜晚的情況。
酒店在一小時左右聯繫我了，因為在爬山，到了晚上7點至酒店取車時才回復他們，第二天（5月4日）一位自稱總經理打電話來了解情況，我再次口述當晚情況，要求檢查空調並尋找惡臭味來源，並提供照片視頻，那位經理表示可以，給退房費，但是不要評價，不要給差評。本人表示先檢查惡臭來源，可以先不評價。
5月5日，那位經理又打來電話，併發來了檢查視頻，聲稱空調開了一夜測試，但沒有臭味。至此，事件沒有解決。
本人雖然不是資深老驢，但也遊玩過全國十個省份，至今，住店的第一個差評在此誕生，特發稿詳細記錄事件始末。

巨大、巨豪華！比鐵路線以內的幾家錦江之星都要好！
房間也非常非常的大，設施非常非常的好，樓下還有一個大商場，真的是太方便了。
門口公交直達高鐵站、紅門、天外村，步行可達泰山站，強烈推薦！

酒店位置不錯，旁邊就是商場。前台服務員不錯，很貼心也很有耐心.房間很寬敞，衞生也還可以。但保安不怎麼樣，我停車的時候，兒子先下的車，八歲的孩子背個包拖着行李箱上台階，保安就在我兒子旁邊站着看着，我問保安能搭把手嗎，保安連搭理都不搭理。衝著保安，下次都不想再住了！拉低酒店分值！

店家給升級了房型：豪華大床房升級成1.4*2雙床。感謝啦！衹是覺得房間太擠啦，都要側身走。洗手間的衞生差，洗手池的裏面有一層垢。噴頭轉換器不能用。
